About this property

🏊‍♀️ Swimming 🏊‍♂️ Pool & 🏀Basketball Court washer and dryer, 4 tvs. Great place come

Swimming pool, no spa, it’s a kiddie pool. Bring the whole family up to 10 guests, to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
5 bedroom 3 bath very spacious with a huge back yard. There is a kiddie pool and also an inground pool 3-6 feet deep. 4 TVs (2 ate 70 inch)

The backyard has a 1/2 court basketball court and monkey bars. A large patio is also available for family fun in the shade.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible except for the garage and the storage room and 2 closet used for storing supplies.

Other things to note

There is only 1 cameras on property in entrance to the house ring door bell that works. The other cameras are just for show and do not work to deter unwelcome guests.

The balcony is not available to use. It is actually not a balcony at all. It is a roof. Please do not allow people up the stairs in the roof.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered guests/visitors. The maximum capacity is 8 people including children, $40 for additional approves guests per day.
The AC cannot be set below 70 degrees, $100 penalty will be charged. No smoking allowed inside the house, a $200 smoking fee
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool at all times. Follow all the pool rules, no diving, no animals in the pool.
