This spacious two-story luxury villa is located in the small village of Kavran near the town of Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula on the northern Adriatic coast, an ideal place to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday with friends or family.

You rent the entire villa: a spacious living and dining area, two fully equipped kitchens, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor, the air-conditioned living area is equipped with a cozy corner sofa, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, as well as USB connection, a DVD and CD player, radio and a large wooden dining table with eight matching chairs. On cooler evenings, a fireplace provides pleasant warmth. The ground floor also houses two of the five bedrooms and two of the four bathrooms. In the bathrooms there is a shower cubicle, a wash basin with a mirrored closet and a toilet. A wide staircase leads up to the upper floor with the additional three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as another modern fitted kitchen, which is equipped like the kitchen on the ground floor (complete with dishwasher, four-zone gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and Water heater). Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor also have direct access to the spacious terraces. An extra bed and a baby bed are available and you can also use the washing machine during your stay. Reliable WLAN Internet access is offered to you free of charge in your holiday villa.

The living area on the ground floor leads directly to the large sun terrace and to your private 24 m² pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and is easily and safely accessible thanks to a metal pool staircase. Around the extra large traditional stone grill you can spend long barbecues under the starry sky. Children and adults alike will be happy about the trampoline in the green 800 m² enclosed garden area. Secure parking is still available on the premises in front of the villa.

Three bedrooms and the lounge with the kitchen are air-conditioned.

Your holiday villa is only 2 km from the nearest beach. There is also a tennis court about 300 m away. The tourist village of Duga Uvala is around 1.5 km away, with a wide range of shops and a good selection of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The famous Roman amphitheater in the nearby town of Pula is ideal for a varied day trip.

The deposit of 150 euros is to be paid on site.
