Try living in this renovated farmhouse that is more than 200 years old. The house is surrounded by fields and woods, and offers guests a wealth of fresh and clean air. On the ground floor is the living area with kitchen, and the first and second floor are bedrooms. For the little ones, there is a garden where they can play freely while the adults enjoy it. We recommend a visit to many taverns with local specialties. There is also a combination badminton and volleyball courts and 2 adult bikes.

Great location. Perfect place to relax.

We chose this house mainly because of location…visited Rovinj, Pula, Motovun. The house is an old farmhouse that offers a quiet, relaxing place with many modern perks such as a pool. The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. Thanks, Alen…we had a great time!

Beautiful house in a nice scenery. Really good location to reach multiple spots around Istria. Cleanliness was in general okay. For the price it's a recommendation if you want to come with a group of friends and have a good time!!

Charmantes altes Haus in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung!w

Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Haus. Der Pool war klein, aber sauber und gepflegt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren mit dem Auto in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind zu bemängeln: Das Internet stand nicht zuverlässig zur Verfügung und der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ließ zu wünschen übrig- teilweise floss nur ein ganz kleiner Strahl der normales duschen unmöglich machte. In der oberen Etage gibt es in den beiden Schlafzimmern Klimaanlagen - im ersten Stock nicht. Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht zu heiß war, war dies ok - könnte aber während einer Hitzewelle anstrengend werden. Platz war reichlich vorhanden und wer alte Häuser mag wird sich wohlfühlen . Der kurze Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Haus ist sauber und modern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen. Jedoch hat man dafür seine Ruhe und kann sehr gut am Pool entspannen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft!

Wir haben hier zu acht (alle um die 20 Jahre alt) etwas über eine Woche verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Nach Absprache mit Alen konnten wir sogar schon etwas früher am Tag der Ankunft rein und er zeigte uns das Haus mit seinem kleinen aber feinen Pool. Alen war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und kann sehr gut englisch. Es ist etwas abgelegener, aber mit einem Auto erreicht man schnell die umliegenden Ortschaften mit Einkauf- und Essmöglichkeiten. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen haben wir hier, auch mal ohne Probleme mal etwas lauter, eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Alens Haus verbracht! Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell an vielen schönen Stränden, in Vodnjan ist ein großer und in Marcana ein kleiner Supermarkt und auch in Pula ist man in 25 Minuten. Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Alen war als Ansprechpartner für Fragen und Tipps jederzeit erreichbar, die Kommunikation war immer lustig und nett.

Super Haus für Gruppen; keine Nachbarn; gute Ausstattung; großer Garten;

Wir waren eine gemischte Gruppe aus 10 Leuten in dem Haus. Wir haben eine echt tolle Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe dieser Größe. Es gibt genug Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle. Man kann entspannte Grillabende auf der Terrasse verbringen oder gemütliche Nachmittage am Pool. Da man in diesem Haus absolut keine Nachbarn hat, muss man sich abends bezüglich Ruhestörung auch nicht unbedingt an die Regeln halten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, was das Kochen für 10 Leute sehr einfach gestaltet. Dadurch, dass die Küche zwei große Kühlschränke beinhaltet, lassen sich auch genügend Getränke kühlen. Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen sich mit dem Auto auch gut erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief auch reibungslos. Ein Urlaub in diesem Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und wir werden unter Umständen bald wieder dort hinfahren.

Perfect location for holiday!

Everything was fine with this house. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful location, you can reach pula, medulin and the coast within some minutes with the car.

Fantastic Istrian Holiday

This is a wonderful place for a two week holiday with children. We were the for 2 weeks, 4 Adults and 5 children! The place is clean and very lovely with an excellent pool! It is and has everything as described; even towels and bedspreads and blankets. From the house you are everywhere within 15-20min, we even went to Rovinj in 40min. But you must have a car! In Marcana there are two small supermarkets and in Vodnjan there ist a big supermarket and everything else you might need! A special Must-See that few people know: Drive to Kavran and take the long stoney road down to the sea and find beautiful bays to swim and snorcle in! Also take a 25min drive to Trget and eat at Martin Pescador. The owner Alen is always helpful and serious. A fantastic holiday we will never forget!! Thank you!

Perfect and calm location for bigger families.

A perfect stay for families that seek for a calm place with ok distance to beach, towns and restaurants. The location is a in the center of everything, and with car, as we had, everything is within 20 min from the house, either it’s the city pulse of Pula, the calm port town of Medulin or the fantastic beaches (stone/ rocks) of Karmanjak. With center of everything, I do mean in center of everything travelling by car. The house is located in the country side, with no neighbors and no disturbing sounds or elements, which was ideal for us. The nearest village, Marcana, is about 5 minutes by car away, which holds a small city grocery where you can buy the most necessary things and holds with new baked every morning. The house is ideal for bigger families. We were two families with in all 9 persons, and we shared 4 bed rooms, a big kitchen and a very cozy pool area. The owner, Alen, is reliable and answers to any questions directly by phone and if there is any problem he deals with it directly. My impression is that he is very serious about this. Soo in all, my best recommendations, but you do need to travel by or have access to a car, but that comes with most every place in Istria if you don’t seek a hotel complex.
