Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft! In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here`s what you need to know: Before you set off: 1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762). 2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms. Once snow arrives: • Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended. • Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay. • Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly. Keep in mind: • Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly. • While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe. For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection! Your Host, Duck Creek Management

This was a fantastic place to stay. The view was amazing and Duck Creek is such a fun place to visit. The cabin was very clean. The host was on the ball suggesting things to do and places to see. It is also a great location between both Zion and Bryce. We will be back again with the rest of our family next time!
House is spacious and perfect for large group. The cabin & wood interior is beautiful. Duck Creek Village is small community & the roads are not all cleared of snow so be prepared to drive on icy/snowy roads regardless. Brianhead ski resort is only 45 minute drive on maintained highway. We had one 2-wheel drive that could not make it up the small hill to the house due to ice & snow but luckily we had a second vehicle with 4-wheel drive, so we left one on the highway which worked out okay. Downstairs room gets chilly & space heaters trip the breakers, so bring warm PJs and extra blankets if winter. Kitchen appliances have quirks need minor repairs but we managed okay with them. Jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit were great treat. Host was super responsive & accommodating to several requests. Our family had a great stay.

Fantastic cabin. Large deck with BBQ off of the kitchen. Very relaxing. Wood stove; everything we needed. Highly recommend.
Had an amazing 2-day stay at this cabin in Duck Creek Village! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, perfect after a day of exploring. Peaceful surroundings and great vibes all around. Would definitely come back!
The cabin was an amazing get away in close proximity to Zion National Park. It was fully outfitted to cook at the cabin. It was perfect for our girls getaway to read and create amazing meals!
Absolutely beautiful, spacious, amazing cabin. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, good sized kitchen and living room, huge deck, close to ATV trails. Just the perfect cabin to stay in with your family while at Duck Creek.
Great location with privacy. The cabin is 3 levels with bedrooms on each level. There is plenty of room for a family or just a couple. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and food. We will be back to this cabin based on the location and amenities.
Immaculately clean and well appointed cabin. Very comfortable, plenty of space for two couples, and terrific hot tub for those cool cool mountain evenings! Easy check-in, excellent communication with the property management. Looking forward to another escape from the heat getaway next summer.
Our group of six women enjoyed a two night stay here. It was a great spot with many hikes less than an hour away. We enjoyed having the three levels to spread out. The kitchen table was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed cooking a few meals and soaking sore muscles in the hot tub. Thanks for a memorable retreat!

Great Location/Home in need of TLC
The location was ideal for a quiet get away and easy travel to Bryce and Zion. The home was in need of to love and attention. The dishwasher was missing the bottom racks, there were no mattress covers or protectors, the hot tub cover was ill fitting and pieced together from a couple of old covers. It was just lacking some attention that would make this a more enjoyable stay.
Property has great potential, but has clueless management. Coffee maker broken and leaking, propane grill total junk without ignition, plugged burners, unsafe; guest bedroom mattress extremely hard,
uncomfortable,

Nice Location Bad Upkeep
For the price you’re not getting what you should. Multiple broken outlets, a grill that hasn’t been checked on in years, and various small things that do not warrant the price. I would not be leaving a bad review if it wasn’t for the price paid
This place is fine. It is nothing fancy. We had a few issues that would be easy to remedy. The deck boards need to be replaced. Screws are pulling up and some boards need replaced. The cookware is way past its prime - the handles felt like they were going to fall off. The dishwasher is missing a rack. The bed on the main floor is very uncomfortable. All other beds were fine. Mostly the house is ok but could use a little TLC.

This cabin needs some TLC
Jacuzzi heated up to 96- it was 12 degrees outside during our stay. Mngmt told us that technically the jacuzzi was working. Kitchen had 1 dishtowel & lacked the basics.
The kitchen faucet is so loose at the base, its going to fall over. Dishwasher was broken and inoperable. Pots and pans were so greasy that mngmt said "gross" when they came to take a look. Remote for TV in living room slipped between the couch cushions and when I went to grab it I found a knife, a 5 foot dog leash, and so many crumbs it was clear that no one has cleaned it in a VERY long time. Lamp in living room didnt have switch to turn on. Outlet didnt have a face plate on it. 2 out of 8 lightbulbs in master bathroom worked. Fan in master bedroom had a very thick layer of dust. Cheese grater was broken in half.
No remote for TV in master bedroom. Smoke alarms from 2004 - they started going off at 2AM- all of them. Mngmt sent out the fire department only to have 5 firemen in the cabin with their boots dirtying it up.
Management tried to do their best with what they had. Its clear the owner of this cabin doesnt care or doesnt know. I received a 50% refund. Before you book, I would at the very least ask if the jacuzzi will heat past 96. I contacted VRBO, submitted photos to VRBO support and never even heard back.
Everything was perfect. The property and surrounding area were beautiful. The hot tub was great. The hosts communicated well and were easy to work with.10/10 would recommend.
We came for my birthday and this property was perfect! It looked exactly like the pictures and was just what we wanted. Property management was great with responded when we reached out about ice melt. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!
