This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy all of the amenities of home in this newly renovated and freshly updated Scottsdale duplex. Excellent location less than a 10 minute car ride from Old Town or Tempe. Perfect for families, business travelers, couples, retirees, friend groups, etc.

The home has been renovated and freshly updated. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need such as pots, pans, utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee service, spices. And plenty of glassware provided to celebrate a special occasion! The space has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, new floors, paint and touches. All bedrooms have new queen mattresses, bedding, towels and décor. Toiletries are provided as well. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your use adjacent to the two car garage. Laundry soap and softener provided.

There is a backyard attached to the 2 car garage, however we do not provide details as an added benefit in our listing as it is not landscaped at this time.

Hike and Bike

My son and I wanted a month away from the Wisconsin snow. This place is as advertised. It was clean and had been newly updated. Nice furniture and flooring. We met the cleaning lady when she was next door. She was very nice and helpful. The condo is close to all types of shopping and dining. Hiking and biking trails are plentiful and are close by. We started all of our bike rides from the front of the condo. The WIFI connection is great. My son worked early in the day. That gave us afternoons for hiking and biking.
