Sitting on intersecting canals, with easy access to the ocean the house if fully equipped to make your stay as "turn key" as possible. Golf, fishing, dining, shopping and amusements for children are all nearby. There is a quiet deck overlooking the canal and a boat dock for crabbing and fishing for the kids. Weber Gas Grill for your barbequing pleasure. Free WiFi plus UHD TV with surround sound in the living room, Hi Def and WiFi enabled TV in the master bedroom, and HiDef TV in the second bedroom. This is an excellent location for kids as it is on a dead end street (minimal traffic) tucked between two canals. Everything you need for a quiet, restful stay, yet close to all the fun you could want. We have several guests who come back year after year.

This is a one story, three bedroom house with a nice deck overlooking two canals. There is boat dock at the house with tie ups. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has off street parking. There are games for kids to play and nice area to walk and bike. Grocery stores are less than a five minute drive and several popular restaurants nearby.

We are PET FRIENDLY with a security deposit.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS - Our licensed professional cleaning company will go into the house between guests to properly disinfect all primary surfaces including door knobs and handles, light switches, bathrooms, sinks, telephone, remotes and other surfaces. We also have an adequate supply of disinfecting wipes available as long as our good guests use conservatively and leave unused for the next guests (and we almost always have wonderful guests). We ask guests to leave the house as clean as they found it when arriving so the cleaners can focus on disinfecting well.

JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7 nights) only.

Bookings for 2023 will be opened in January, 2023 as we have many repeat guests who have the first option for prime summer weeks.
