Welcome to A Wave From It All! Perfectly located on the water where you can be at peace! This three bed, two full bath home sits on almost an acre of waterfront property. With open water views of Lake Norman from the screened in porch, you really will feel "away from it all".

Bring your pet along! The yard is the perfect size for roaming around. Located on the most southern end of the point, perfect for a serene, private lake vacation!

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Fantastic Vacation Spot

Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful sunrise over the water from the front of the house, beautiful sunset over the water from the back of the house. Friendly neighbors, quite neighborhood. Everything you need is in the house except food. Bring in what you want to cook, or visit one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The management company is the best. The seemed to text back immediately if you had any question. It is a wonderful place for a family gathering. We loved it.

Beautiful Lake home

We just loved this location, the view and the house. Bringing out dogs was a plus too! We rented a boat and this home had a fabulous dock for boats, paddle boards and swimming. Lots of space in the yard and privacy. We will definitely stay again!

Great Vacation House

Second time staying at this house on Lake Norman for a week vacation. The house has everything you need to stay comfortable and the access to the lake is fantastic. The service was great and had amazing communication with the rental service. Will definitely plan on staying there again in the future.

Simple

While we were most looking forward to viewing sunsets on the screened porch, we found the cushions and pillows were in need of replacing. We just didn’t feel the house and yard maintenance reflected the cost as both were just mediocre. Agency and communication were lovely, just not the house for us.

Beautiful location

Located in a beautiful and quiet area on the lake. The house has great views and plenty of space. Modern and newer furnishings. Has a boat dock which is nice to jump from. Only issue with the dock is there's no ladder to climb in/out of the water which makes it difficult to get out since there are rocks surrounding the shore. Overall a great stay.
