This cozy home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers everything you need to relax, recharge, and enjoy lake life at its finest.

As you enter the home, you're welcomed by stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the expansive lake views visible from both the living and dining rooms. The main living area includes a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and chair, all arranged to make watching a game, working on a puzzle, or simply soaking in the scenery a delight. A secondary living space at the front of the house provides a perfect spot for kids to hang out, ensuring everyone has room to relax.The fully stocked kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals and includes a spacious island with seating for four so the cook never has to be left out of the conversation. The open design creates a seamless flow between cooking, dining, and relaxing.

All bedrooms are located on the same level, making the home easy to navigate. The primary suite features a king bed and private en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements: one with a king bed and the other a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bed. These two rooms share a well-appointed hall bathroom.

Step outside and you'll find one of the highlights of Whispering Pines—a covered back porch overlooking the main channel of Lake Norman. It's the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, dine alfresco, or simply take in the serene surroundings. Just a few steps away, the private dock awaits. With a covered area and a dining table for six, it's an ideal setting for sunset dinners by the water. Two kayaks are available for guests to explore nearby coves and enjoy some time on the water. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit to make s'mores and share stories under the stars. Boaters will appreciate the two boat slips and additional cleats along the dock, allowing for multiple watercraft.

🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
