With sweeping main channel views, a spacious covered dock, and charming interiors designed for comfort and connection, this inviting brick home is ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking to unplug and unwind.

Step inside and you're immediately greeted by a wall of windows framing the sparkling lake. The main living area invites you to settle in with a cozy sofa, loveseat, and armchair—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon puzzles, or evenings spent watching a game. Just off the main living space, a secondary sitting room offers a quiet escape for reading or a great hangout spot for kids.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prep and serve your favorite meals, with a large island that seats four and keeps the cook connected to the action. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining room, making meals together feel effortless and inviting.

All on one easy-to-navigate level, the home features four comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed and a private en suite bath. The main level boasts three more bedrooms, a second king bedroom suite, a queen bedroom and a cozy bunk room with a twin-over-queen setup share a beautifully updated hall bathroom—perfect for families traveling with children or teens.

Outside is where Whispering Pines truly shines. The covered back porch overlooks the lake and offers a quiet spot to dine alfresco, sip cocktails, or just listen to the breeze through the trees. Just steps away, the private dock invites you to take in the view, enjoy a waterside meal at the table for six, or launch one of the provided kayaks for a peaceful paddle through nearby coves. With two boat slips, additional cleats, and deep water access, boaters will feel right at home.

As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows and share stories under the stars. Whether you're here for water adventures or simply to relax and recharge, Whispering Pines delivers an effortless Lake Norman experience filled with comfort, tranquility, and unforgettable views.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Important Notes for Your Stay:
• No Garage Parking
• Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required-To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
• Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out--Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings-We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee-Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Boat Dock Info-Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
