Great location.

Our group consisted of 3 siblings with their spouses. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect for our needs. It’s a nice safe neighborhood with walking trails nearby. There were a couple small problems when we checked in but the owner was quick to respond. My sister’s allergy(dog) kicked in during our stay but that’s on us for not asking about previous pets. We had a nice week there with perfect weather.

What a wonderful stay!

We were coming to the Portland area and found this charming house in Tigard. The host Kaile was very prompt in all communications from the first interaction. The house is very clean and has plenty of space. The backyard is huge and has a great sitting area outside. We were not there a lot as we were there for my duaghters wedding but it was very cozy and in a great neighborhood and not far from Portland at all. They had all of the amenities there from a hair dryer to washer and dryer to an ironing board. They also had cute little bags with necessities in case you forgot anything which was an extra plus and a nice touch. We enjoyed the fish tank in the home as well! The host was very accommodating an was super easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. I would certainly recommend staying here to anybody heading to the area and we would definitely rebook again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Amazing house!

We were VERY impressed with this VRBO property. The house has been painstakingly upgraded with new appliances, updates throughout the house, cleanliness and on a beautiful lot. We honestly spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the wonderful weather and the nice landscaping. It was only my husband and myself for this trip, but the place is HUGE and would easily accommodate a large family or group of friends. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty and in a good location. Anything you could possibly want is close by. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable that you would need for a long stay and the entire home was clean and pristine. It was an extremely enjoyable experience! The master bed was SO comfortable and we slept like babies on this vacation. Overall a wonderful experience and we will certainly book this property again in the future. The best part of the experience was communication with Kaile. We try not to bother owners with petty issues on our trips and we had a couple of very minor questions about the property. Kaile was quick to answer our concerns and was helpful and professional. As I understand it, this is a new listing and I would wholeheartedly endorse it as a great rental property, especially for several people or a family. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this house or Kaile. Do yourself a favor when looking for rentals in the Tigard/Lake Oswego and book this house! Thank you Kaile for such a wonderful experience. Your home is beautiful and we will most definitely be back!!

Nicely remodeled home.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. It is a very spacious 4 bed 3 bath home. They did a nice job on the recent remodel. It's in a nice and safe area and I enjoyed taking walks in the evening.
