We found the remodeled home so inviting and so comfortable for all. The bedding and linens were perfect. I'm a cook and found the kitchen so inviting with all the utensils I needed to cook with ease. Plus, the pavilion was over the top for fun. It was so well planned out for a party or just a perfect getaway for family fun. A real man cave with pool table, fooze ball, scuffle board, piano, ping pong, piano, a perfect place to lay out the food for a buffet.

This is an amazing set up. We stayed here with 4 families, including 7 kids aged 7-13. The house is so nicely restored and cleaned as if to sell. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of linens and towels, and the host provides everything you could need, from kitchen supplies to bathroom items. The pavilion in the back of the property is so very cool. It rained most of our visit, so we weren’t able to go tubing and our time at Schlitterbahn was abbreviated, but the kids didn’t even notice. All in all this place and the hosts deserve every bit of 10/10 rating. My mom is already talking about going back for another reunion next year. Many thanks for providing such a beautiful, clean, fun home for us to stay in!

We had a great time here for Thanksgiving. The kids played non stop outside and in the barn. Very accommodating and comfortable, VERY CLEAN. There was plenty of space and privacy, there are 4 masters with en suite bathrooms which was a huge plus.

Perfect for schlitterbahn

we have been going to Schlitterbahn for 35 years and this is the perfect place to stay for the park and for floating the Comal river! Plenty of beds for families or a big group of friends and the Pavillion is great entertainment with ping pong, a pool table, shuffle board, and foosball table:) Perfect house and we hope to be back next year!!

Fantastic property

Our family of 16 stayed at this house… we had family ages 2 to 72 & EVERYONE loved it! First house we stayed in as a family that no one complained! The kids had a blast in the game room and the parents were able to spread out in all the rooms without feeling cramped! Great place and hope to book again!
