This is what awaits our guests when they step onto our idyllic grounds—surrounded by unspoiled nature. Directly adjacent to the beautiful town of Glücksburg on the Baltic Sea, the approximately 10,000 m² property stretches among tall fir trees, meadows, fields, and a river valley.
Nestled within this setting is the beautiful thatched-roof house dating from 1578, which we have lovingly renovated and transformed into a dream of comfort for you. You’ll have more than 400 m² of living space at your disposal, spread across nine rooms, four bathrooms, and an indoor pool (5 x 10 m) with a sauna, shower, and bathroom.

The pool and sauna can be booked as an optional add-on for €180 per rental directly through the owner, plus cleaning and operating costs.
For bookings of 7 days or more, the €180 rental fee is waived.

Not only can up to 23 people stay here comfortably, but they can also enjoy their own personal space.

The property consists of a main house, a bungalow, and a swimming pool, all connected in a U-shape. This creates a terrace that is well-protected from the wind and partially covered. The main house and the bungalow are separated by this terrace but can be reached without getting your feet wet. Another terrace opens up to guests in front of the kitchen area, offering a view of the large garden grounds.

The spacious kitchen, designed in a modern country style, is equipped with a very large refrigerator, two ovens, a freezer, a large ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, a sink, ample storage space, and dishes, cutlery, and glasses for 23 people. Another large refrigerator is located in the bungalow annex.
A separate drink refrigerator is also available.

The kitchen, living room, and dining area feature underfloor heating.
The dining area is open to the kitchen and seats 23 people. The dining area flows into a cosy, very large sofa area. Here, a large leather sofa set, a big flat-screen TV, and a cosy wood-burning stove invite you to enjoy a relaxing get-together.

The high-quality and stylish furnishings will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. All comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with smart TVs. Free Wi-Fi with a 1000 Mbit internet connection is available throughout the entire residence and garden. While two lovingly furnished rooms are located on the ground floor, an open staircase leads to the upper floor, which features four equally beautiful, cosy rooms—each individually decorated in a maritime style—just as you’d expect in a thatched-roof house near the sea.

In the bungalow, all three rooms have access to their own terrace with seating and a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery.
You’re also welcome to bring your dogs here. However, home textiles, the couch, and all beds are off-limits to your four-legged friends.

In addition to the rental price, a visitor’s tax is charged between April and October. This is based on the Glücksburg municipality’s ordinance regarding the collection of a visitor’s tax. The current rates can be viewed on the Flensburger Förde website.
