Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property with three nicely-sized bedrooms featuring comfortable beds to generously accommodate up to 7 guests.

There are TV's in all the right places and WiFi capability throughout the home. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with a complimentary Waffle and Coffee Station to start each morning off right!

For your entertaining needs, there is a shady covered patio perfectly situated right off the kitchen and living room area with easy access to the generously-sized pebble tech pool (not heated) Also for your enjoyment, there is a great in-ground hot tub/spa when you are ready to relax!

Laundry room on site with supplies. Dogs only. No cats.

No parties allowed. Quiet time is from 10pm to 6am. Smoking allowed outside only. Keep all pets OFF of FURNITURE and BEDDING at all times

Spa is controlled remotely by owner. Limited to 3 hours per day of use for each day during our stay. Turn pool light and patio light OFF at night.

Trash pick up is Tuesday. Pool servicing is Thurs/Fri 8a- 2p. Landscape Wed/Thurs 8-10am
