Had a wonderful stay

The home we stayed at in Gilbert was exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised with the attention to cleanliness in both the indoor and outdoor areas, as well as the provisional supplies that were left for us. This was a long term stay, so being comfortable in our space was extremely important, and we loved this place so much! Management was great to work with and very professional too.

This property was just what we were looking for—a comfortable house with a backyard oasis! The pool, lounge chairs for enjoying time in the sun, the very clean and functioning grill, fruit trees ripe for picking, lots of seating options and covered patio area too were all great! The house is beautiful inside and spacious, kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals, the beds are very comfortable. We needed two items while there, asked the host and they were delivered the same day. Communication was excellent! The location was great for us. We have bikes and found many paved riding trails in the area to enjoy. The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept. We will definitely be looking to stay at Merlot in the future.

Pool was awesome! Nice gathering indoor and outdoor. Great location! Area rug should be cleaned. One sofa seems weak or broken? Ice maker in fridge didn't work. Thanks Steph!

Amazing month at this property

Everything was perfect for our stay at Merlot. I can’t say enough about Elite Vacation rentals and the staff that helped us during our stay. Every question or concern was answered in a prompt and friendly efficient manner. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the floor vacuum did not work and there was no mop to mop the floors. We also only could connect 4 devices to internet at one time but managed to work around that. The home, pool, property and location were perfect and we would definitely rent through Elite Vacation Rentals again

We’ll be back!

My husband and I loved our month at the Merlot property. The home was very clean, well maintained and very well stocked. It worked well inside and out for us, and for friends and family that came to visit. Now I never want to live without an heated pool! So great to come home after an hike and soak/swim. Extra bonus was the fire pit table and comfy chairs that weren’t in in the photos of the property, we used it every night! I was remote working while down there, so I used a folding table they had in the garage to set up an office in the bonus space between the guest rooms and it worked great. Elite Vacations was super responsive when we had a glitch with TV and even sent someone out on a weekend when AC was giving us trouble. Best rental experience we’ve ever had, we’ll go back for sure!
