This pleasant and modern vacation home on the outskirts of Matignon promises a quiet vacation in Brittany. Thanks to its large window fronts, it is very bright and the white furniture also contributes to a pleasant living ambience. Enjoy the sun on your terrace, and for cooler evenings in the off-season, a pellet stove is at your disposal. You can easily reach the seaside resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo with its long, fine sandy beaches by car or via the bike path. There you can enjoy doing nothing or take advantage of the water sports on offer. Within a radius of 30 km, numerous excursion possibilities await you, such as Dinan with a lot of medieval flair, a beautiful city wall and an old castle. Also visit the Château de la Hunaudaye, the Saint-Sauveur Basilica and the Tour de l'Horloge. The Benedictine abbey of Saint-Magloire in Léhon is worth a visit, and we would also like to recommend Saint-Malo, the city of the corsairs. And of course Mont-Saint-Michel is a must and an absolute highlight. Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte are only about 10 km away. This charming vacation home promises a successful vacation in France.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très propre, bien conçue et située dans un lotissement calme à 7 mn à pied du centre de Matignon. Tous commerces à côté (Très beau marché le mercredi, super U et petits commerces). Manque juste quelques petites accessoires pour que tout soit parfait mais la propriétaire est très à l'écoute et réactive pour améliorer sa prestation. Nous recommandons cette location. Nous y reviendrions avec plaisir. Merci.
