Brand new one bedroom, one bath brand guesthouse located in beautiful downtown Coeur D Alene. Walking distance to lake, shops, restaurants and bars.

Guesthouse is located above detached garage. You will have your own private entry and deck. The guesthouse is stocked with all kitchen essentials, Trager smoker/bbq, washer/dryer in unit. Street parking available during stay. There are 18 steps up to the guesthouse. Owners live on property and you can interact as much or as little as you would like. A small dog does live on property and uses the backyard but is always supervised while outside.

    We really enjoyed our stay in CdA. Location is great - walkable down to the lake, Sherman Avenue as well as around midtown to all the great restaurants & grocery stores, and quick access to the freeway. The guesthouse was perfect for us in every way. Exceptionally clean and comfortable for the two of us, with a nice sitting area outside.

    Great place to stay. It was very clean and the owners are very nice. Location is great with easy on street parking but a bike lane between your parked vehicle and traffic. Definitely will look for it if I need to stay in CDA again.

    One of the best!

    We have stayed in a few short term rentals over the last couple of years but this one is the nicest and cleanest we have stayed in. The hosts were great and very friendly and the location was very convenient for getting down town for all of the activities.

    Cozy clean home in excellent location

    Hosts were very easy to communicate with and home was wonderful with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Location was close to many restaurants and attractions, the ride to the lake was about 3 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and would recommend their home to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay!

    A very nice apartment above a detached garage. Perfect for us while my husband worked in town and I visited our son & daughter-in-law. It was clean and quiet on a pretty neighborhood street.

    This rental was beyond perfect for our family trip to Coeur d’Alene! Convenient to everything and beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean as it seems to be brand new!     Quiet and Comfortable Stay

    We were in town for the Ironman race and this quaint, comfortable apartment is in a perfect location for the event. We were able to walk to town and the grocery store is right up the street. The apartment is so cute, quiet and has a very nice kitchen! The hosts are very kind, also very quiet and we consider this one of the nicest places we've stayed over the years. Highly recommend!
