Our Ranch style home sits on 1.5 acres just 1 mile off Stoutsville boat ramp. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this home offers openness and privacy.

This vacation home has an open floor plan with a front porch for sitting and back patio for gathering. A large two car garage is a bonus for your vehicle or boat storage. A fire pit is also available for evening enjoyment.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used kitchen and bath towels in basket next to washing machine.
Please remove personal food. Condiments that you would share with someone in a restaurant may be left if not wanted.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 9 guests allowed to stay overnight unless pre-approved. House only accommodates 9 for sleeping. Top bunk beds have 200lb limit.
No more than booked pets allowed on property unless pre-approved. Do not lock pets in bedrooms. If your pet cannot be left unattended, use a kennel.
Absolutely No Smoking indoors, garage included. $300 fine for Smoking of Any kind. Please be courteous and respectful of the property.

Wonderful location with a quiet yard to enjoy. Minutes to the boat ramp and not ridiculously far from the local shopping. Everything was properly stocked and functional. One minor hiccup was dealt with quickly by the owner. We'll be back!

Quiet and Beautiful!

Sweet little house with all your needs! It was in such a cool spot and was the perfect distance away from many awesome spots and towns. Beth was awesome and very easy to talk to! I would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Wonderful, very well equipped house. Property is nice and private. We brought our dog and was great for him to explore and run around. Nice garage setup with a pac man video game as a nice surprise. Will definately stay here again.
