Our 3 bedroom/3 full bath townhouse is located in Carillon Beach Town Center with expansive views of Lake Carillon.



Carillon Beach Community is optimally located near trendy Inlet & Rosemary Beach with a short drive to Panama City Pier Park. Carillon Beach enjoys nearly a mile of private uncrowded, white, sugar-sands beaches. Including daily beach service with two padded lounge chairs and an umbrella, 4 swimming pools (one is beachfront & two are heated in the offseason), 2 pickleball courts, a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and 8 beach entry points within the resort, guests enjoy full access to all Carillon Beach amenities. The quaint Carillon Town Center area offers two dining spots, a wine shop, and a gym. There is a general store with beach supplies as well as bike and paddleboard rentals.



Retreat by the Sea is a 2nd and 3rd story, 2,300 sq ft, townhome that sleeps 10 and overlooks the 13-acre Lake Carillon with views of the Gulf in the distance. From the private entrance just off Market St, you will find the New Orleans-style staircase finished with distressed shiplap up the 2nd floor where you will enjoy the main gathering space with an abundance of large windows and 10 ft ceilings leading to an expansive deck overlooking the lake. A fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig and regular drip coffeemakers. On this floor, you will also find a queen guest bedroom with another large deck overlooking the Carillon Town Center market area. The guest bedroom shares a full bathroom with the main living space however it can be easily closed off with a pocket door to become a private ensuite.



On the 3rd floor, you will be greeted nautical theme and a soaring ceiling with more beautiful views. The 10 ft ceilings and light transoms welcome you to the primary suite and the bunkroom. The large primary suite has a king bed with an extremely comfortable Purple 2.0 Hybrid mattress. You will enjoy two private decks off the master suite overlooking Lake Carillon and views of the Gulf. The ensuite bath has a dual-head walk-in shower, jetted tub, two vanities, and a private water closet. The 3rd-floor bunkroom features a brand new built-in full over-full bunk bed and twin over twin bunk bed. The ensuite bath has a huge dual vanity, walk-in shower, jetted tub, and a separate water closet. You will find a 43” HDTV in the bunkroom for kids who want to bring their game console. The bunk room opens to another very large deck overlooking Carillon Town Center.



Take advantage of the Weber grill just off the kitchen on the large deck to fire up a fantastic feast. The outdoor shed has 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys to make your beach day easy. A kayak next to the shed can be used on the lake. Walk to the beach and pools in just 5 minutes.



Our home has newly refinished hardwoods throughout except for the carpeted guest room and marble-tiled bathrooms.

To the BEACH- a short stroll of 4-5 minutes to the beach. It's an enjoyable walk, follow the picket fence-lined street to the beachfront pool. If you want to rent a Golf Cart, Coastal Cars & Carts – the preferred golf cart is Carillon Beach.  *Advance booking suggested.



*Initial toiletries, dish detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. are supplied, however it is the responsibility of our guests to bring/purchase any additional items needed during the duration of their stay.

Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

No parties or events. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Mandatory neighborhood quiet time from 10pm-8am
