La casa necesita un buen mantenimiento, lo que no está roto está en mal estado o sucio lo mejor la piscina, la atención al cliente buena

Das Haus war dreckig über all in Wände Flecken in jeder Zimmer hat gestunken nach Schweiß oder Schimmel . Hälfte der Geräte hat nicht funktioniert. Klima hat Wasser getropft. Das einzigste gute war Schwimmbad. Wenn ich könnte hatte ich das rückgängig gemacht

Para empezar llegamos y no teniamos llaves tuvimos que esperar porque se habian olvidado de dejar las llaves donde nos dijeron. Toda la casa esta muy dejada, todo muy sucio y con escasa vajilla Solo llegar tuvimos que lavar todos los platos , vasos y cubiertos El desagüe de la cocina directo a la calle , las hamacas rotas y un largo etc que no acabaria nunca Por mi opinion no alquilar

Vacaciones en familia

La psicina estaba sucia. Olia mucho a cloaca cuando estabas en el porche de la casa y en la piscina, no sabiamos de.donde.venia, hasta que descubrimos que en el lateral de la casa todo lo que se tiraba por la pica de la cocina salía por un tubo directo a un gran charco apestoso en la tierra. Las tumbonas de la psicina no las hemos podido utilizar, estaban rotas. En general el estado de la casa era.dejado y sucio. Un horno no iba, el menaje de cocina daba asco.

Nevertheless, the broken deckchairs have now been replaced with new ones. The oven has been checked and is working correctly and the bad smell present has now been gotten rid of. Casa bonita pero descuidada

Nuestra estancia en villa Maria ha sido muy agradable, sitio tranquilo. Las instalaciones cuando llegamos en unas de las habitaciones no bajaba la persiana y había dos bombillas fundidas en dos cuartos de baños y la piscina no muy limpia pero llamamos y al día siguiente ya lo teníamos arreglado salvo la piscina que no vinieron,la casa podría estar mejor cuidada. Por lo general hemos disfrutado de unos días de relax y mi hija se lo ha pasado genial.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that the property technician was able to resolve the issues you faced quickly and efficiently. The pool is managed by a different specialised technician who we have been informed visits the property twice a week, very early in the morning, in order to clean and maintain the pool.
