The home accommodates large or extended families with sleeping for 8-10 people. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, and a twin bed with a trundle. There’s also a pull-out sofa with a full-size mattress in the living room. Ductless mini-split A/C units will keep the house cool if the water breezes aren’t enough.
