Baytown Wharf / Observation Point South. One of the only studio floor plans with an L-shape layout making it feel like a one bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit .The wet bar- style kitchenette provides the cooking tool you need without sacrificing space . The bathroom is featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room and lengthy darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony!

VIP Experience

Had a great time! The rental was spotless and as you walked in, you could tell this place was cleaned meticulously. Love all the extra personal touches like board games to play, beach totals and even burlap wrapped around the bath towels. And if I would have a question, I would get a response from the owner very promptly. If you are looking for a place to stay, look no further, this is the place to stay!
