Sandy Paws Retreat is just across from the beach, in the heart of Folly! With the large pool and fenced in yard, this is the perfect spot for your family and friends to gather, including your furry friends. The first-floor porch has a screened in and open area. The upper porch has access from a bedroom. Both porches have ocean views. Between the pool deck and the porches, there’s plenty of comfortable seating so that you can spend your days lounging in the sun or the shade.

The décor of this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is bright and cheerful with a coastal vibe. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with what you need to prepare a delicious meal. It even comes equipped with a dining table that doubles as a pool table. This versatile piece is bound to be popular with your group!

Downstairs, you will find the first bedroom with a king sized bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms. One includes a queen sized bed, TV, and private ocean facing porch. It is the perfect place to watch the waves while sipping your coffee or a favorite cocktail. The final bedroom is equipped with 2 twins, and a 'beach bunk bed' with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top and a TV.

The ocean is just across the street, the famous Folly Pier is one and a half blocks away and the center of town is only a two block stroll. Make sure that you explore the eclectic beach shops, the many delicious restaurants or grab an ice cream cone on Center St.

PETS:
Well behaved house-broken and flea treated dogs are welcome with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Pets are not allowed in the upstairs and there's a gate that will help with this. Pets are not permitted in the pool. There’s a $250 pet fee for each pet.

THE SWIMMING POOL:
It’s an option to heat the pool during the following months: March, April, May, September, October and November. There is a $250 fee to heat the pool. It takes 12-24 hours to fully heat the pool so please let the staff know right away if you would to heat the pool.

Handprint Wall: Be sure to leave your mark on Sandy Paws Retreat - the Folly famous handprint wall has prints from vacationers from all over the world!

SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property including the outdoor areas.

This property is licensed by city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Account Number 63507.

We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license.
