The condo has an updated coastal boho vibe that bring's a calm and intriging atmosphere. It’s located on the West end of the island which makes for a quiet getaway away from the crowds and traffic all while being close to popular attractions. I am looking forward to you having many amazing moments during your stay that turn into lifetime memories!

The condo has one bedroom that is located upstairs with an en suite bathroom. It has a door for privacy. There is a Roku TV in the bedroom (streams Peacock for free + cable TV is provided) along with a comfy queen size bed.

The laundry area is right off of the bedroom. It has a full size washer and dryer. We provide laundry pods and dryer sheets.

The living room has a couch that can used as an extra place to sleep (it does NOT have a pull out option). All the pillows and blankets to make it a bed can be found in the closet upstairs.

The condo also has an adorable & charming loft with a full size floor mattress! It overlooks the living room and the living room patio. Keep an eye on all children as it can be dangerous for them.

**POOL RULES**

Our HOA is VERY particular about the pool and following the rules so please take time to familiarize yourself with the rules if you plan to use the pool area. A copy of the pool rules will be in our House Manual for you to review. Below are a few of them.

The maximum people that can be in the pool per condo is 4.

You must have the pool tags with you while in the pool area (any age-including infants).

A fine may be incurred if the rules are violated which will be passed on to you. A complete list of the rules is always left in the unit before your arrival. These can be found in the House Manual.

Trailers or units pulled behind vehicles cannot be accommodate in the parking lot. But can easily fit on the street in front of the complex.

No assigned parking, but it's easy enough to find a spot.

**PET RULES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**

Our HOA REQUIRES a pet registration form be completed prior to checking in ALONG WITH a copy of the vaccination dated within the past year for each pet (max 2). We are more than happy to host your pet :) however, HOA requires this prior to allowing check-in.

Dogs are welcome (NO CATS). We do charge a dog fee of $25.00 per pet, per stay. The pet fee will be paid through VRBO.

ALL pets MUST BE kept in a kennel if left alone in the condo. Please be sure to bring a kennel with you.

Please remember to keep your pet on a leash when exploring outside the condo and clean up after them.

Great place to stay

Great time!

We only had a few days and it was super clean PLUS there were beach chairs and umbrellas (which we forgot) as well as games in the closet. Great time had by all!

We decided to buy this property because when I first came back to Galveston as an adult I fell in love with it. Being able to share that love of Galveston with as many people as possible was and still is the goal. I feel so much gratitude in being able to provide a property for others on vacation. It's not just about providing a property to others while they are on vacation. For me, it's about providing an unforgettable experience in the best way possible. I love to help my guest have the experience they are dreaming of then they book with me. It's this attention to detail and dedicated intention to help them create the experience they desire that make's this property and their time here so special for them as well as me.

What makes this property unique

Choosing this property was easy for us! It's super close great beach access, if fact, you can drive 3 minutes in either direction on the Seawall and be at an amazing beach! You can see the Gulf from the bed & experience an even better view by stepping out on the balcony right off the bedroom. Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, Palm Beach, Galveston Fishing Pier, Putt-Putt Golf, and so much more are only minutes away. Let's not forget the amazingly delicious and charming coffee shop that is a short walk away along with the convenience store and restaurant. I mean, what's not to love about this property?
