The place is just ok, average at best and while it’s not noisy, there’s on-going construction happening. The pictures were amazing, the condo not so much. But you’ll have everything basic you need. The porch needs cleaning and additional outdoor furnitures! There was only two lonely chairs. Don’t expect too much, as the pictures are very nice compared to the actual unit. Overall, we felt safe and the pools were great. Be prepared to pay $10 extra a day for parking. There’s plenty of parking too. Airconditioning was great, the resort is just a bit old, but clean.

We enjoyed our stay! The property wasn't the cleanest (both the condo and the overall complex), but the listing is accurate for what you're getting. Visitors aren't allowed to go out on the deck due to repairs.

The location was great, and the facilities were pleasant. There were a few issues, such as the lack of notice that a parking fee is owed and is not included in the price paid for the rental. Also, the door code and the pool code did not work.

It was totally filthy! The place we chose was not the place they provided! Coffee no filters! TV no remote control! Dishes were dirty! Beds weren’t comfortable! Sheets no blankets! The only thing that we enjoyed was the pool and the beach! It’s really sad that we spent decent money on a vacation and not really enjoy it!

Unit lock code sent by email would not work and Vacasa support did not know how to fix it. Wrong code sent for pool access. Closet door badly off track and broken. Property was nice with pools and hot tub. Paid $10/night for parking and could not find any parking after 10pm, unacceptable due to paying for parking ahead.

Dirty Room/Broken Furniture

Our room was dirty and smelled like urine or something, closet door fell off. Air conditioner was noisy sounded like it was going to break. Furniture was broken on patio, fold out bed was broken. We came with friends who had another room down the hall that was clean and nice so our kids stayed with them. If we could have found a place close we wouldn’t have stay there. It was the worst place I have ever stayed on vacation.
