Get to downtown Boise, Eagle, Nampa, and the Airport in under 20 minutes. Quiet Neighborhood with private keyless entry.

Brand new home! This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath modern farmhouse with spacious living area to accommodate your entire group. There are two- 4k smart TV's, as well as an Apple TV & Wifi access. Ideal for watching shows on Netflix, Hulu, or any of your favorite TV apps! Board games, toys, and a standalone Pacman station are also provided to keep your kids and family entertained. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, condiments & more. Bathrooms are well stoked the essentials including linens, Soap & shampoo. All beds have high quality mattresses and bedding, to ensure you have a luxurious and relaxing stay. Laundry room has HE washer& dryer, ironing board, and stocked with detergents & Softener.

Sleeping Arrangements: There are 5 beds total. The master suite has 1 king bed and full bathroom with a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin-sized beds. There is a spacious upstairs loft with a comfortable queen sized sofa-bed & Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom with a Tub-Shower combo.

Absolutely adored this house! Super clean, loved the Farmhouse decor, comfortable bed, had everything we needed. It was very roomy for my husband and I. Great communication with host. Wonderful! This is a perfect home for any family planning a trip to Boise. The house is new and well kept. The beds are super comfortable and the AC keeps the house cool during Boise’s 90 degree summers. The neighborhood is safe and close to several of Idaho’s popular attractions. We will definitely being staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was so clean and had so many great little details to make us feel so welcome. We did not have any issues, but I know Felicia would have been quick to help if need be. The location was about 10-15 minutes from the zoo and things downtown we wanted to do, but the drive was easy and the location was quiet and peaceful. We would totally stay here again! Felicia even had the sheets washed special for our fragrance sensitivities, which was very kind and appreciated.

We come to the area at least once a year to visit family and this is the first time staying this far west. The location is fantastic, loved the quiet neighborhood and house was beautiful! It’s close to everything you need and it’s nice to not be right in the center of traffic.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway, restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The stairs are very steep and some of the rugs were worn and turned up making it easy to trip. If they were replaced it would be a very comfortable placeto stay.

Lovely home in a great location!!

Beautiful home! Clean and beautifully furnished with all the necessities! We had a couple of questions, and the property manager was quick to respond. It was all perfect for our stay to visit family. Centrally located near restaurants, shopping and other activities. As a runner, I appreciated the nice sidewalks/neighborhood, and a park was less than a mile away. I believe there’s also a running path nearby, but I stuck with running to the park. 🏃‍♀️❤️ We hope to stay here again!

House was nice for the family visit to the Boise Area. Parking was limited. Neighbor across the street parked vehicle directly in front of the property for 2 day. Garage was too small for SUV’s and both showers are in need of shower curtain liners.

FULLY equipped comfortable House

Quiet neighborhood lovely house close to a super Walmart and the water slides. Empty double garage was handy. Upper loft tv area was nice too. Only problem that can be easily fixed is that there were only 5 dinner plates and no salad plates, and only 4 glasses each size and no wine glasses. Also a few extra chairs around the dining table would be appreciated as it could sleep eight.. The pantry included a Nutri bullet, blender, slow cooker and a Keurig with coffee provided. Much appreciated!
