This was a great stay in a beautiful home. Host was very accommodating and responsive. I was hosting a bachelorette party for 11 people and we had plenty of room for everyone. Reccomend!

House was great! Kitchen could use more eating utensils(spoons, knives etc). Could use several dish towels. Plenty of everything else. Could clean furniture on great back deck. Cords on blinds. Outside grounds could use a little love. All in all a great time was had by all. Love the kitchen table!

Beautiful home! Everything looks just like the photos. Very clean and lovely home. Pool is great and they have all kinds of floaties & towels for use! The host is great and super responsive!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous home

We rented this home over Christmas break with another family. Hosts were great at communicating throughout the whole week, home was clean, with tons of space for all 11 of us. It was very nice that that had complimentary laundry soap and kitchen necessities. Hot tub and the heated pool were amazing. Beautiful property.

Lake Travis Home for Family Weekend

We celebrated my husband's milestone birthday with the entire family at the Lake Travis property and it could not have been more perfect. The property is lovely - just as it appears in website photos -- and allowed for a relaxed, informal two-day gathering that met everyone's needs. The balconies/decks, fire pit, hot tub were all fantastic! The Host was enormously responsive and helpful throughout the planning and during our stay. Every family member noted their desire to do this again "at this house" before departing. We will absolutely look for future opportunities to return.

Great Bachelor Party Spot

This property was the perfect spot for our Bachelor party group traveling to Austin, Texas. The pool and hot tub were great to have. We sat out on the covered deck playing cards and were very comfortable given the heat. On Friday we rented a boat with Luxury Boat Rentals and they had a great price, the dock was only 7 mins away. Saturday we went to downtown Austin. Ubers were easy to get even though it was a little over 35 minutes away. The only negative feedback I have was the outside area smelled like trash during some parts of the day. We weren't sure if it was the sulfur we were smelling or the trash cans. It wasn't a huge issue and we were able to enjoy the outside. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group.

Perfect for Families

My brother and I rented this home for our families (5 cousins all 18+); in total we had nine in the house. Here are the positives: 1) Privacy - even with nine people in the house, there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms. There are also multiple seating areas for nice quiet visits (eg. the fire pit). 2) Well Stocked - The home was beautifully outfitted with good sheets, towels, pots, pans, glassware, etc. 3) Great Common Areas - The kitchen is wide open with a lovely view. It was fun to gather in the morning to have coffee. 4) Excellent Dining Room Table - The dining room table seats 14 and is great for a family gathering. 5) Communication - Hillary is incredibly responsive. 6) The Neighborhood - The area is great for walking - the views of Lake Travis while walking are amazing. I do not have have any negatives to report; it was a fantasic stay. Thank you!

We loved it! Pool was crystal clear. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. The game room by the pool is very cold and relating, that might be the coldest place in the house. Kitchen has everything already. The host always checks on us and she response very fast. For improvements, one room on the first floor did not have a fan nor an ac, it was very warm in there. The bathroom on the 2nd floor with the twin bed is clogged. We couldn’t use it to shower or it will flood the floors.

Had a wonderful time with our extended family here. The upstairs porch was a great space for morning coffee and evening stargazing, and the pool and poolhouse was a huge blessing in the summer Texas heat. Lake access close by and neighborhood is nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

I would have given this property a 5 star except for the air conditioning. Apparently, a new air conditioner had just been installed the week before we arrived and technicians were there immediately trying to regulate each floor. HillarySkye, the property manager, was unbelievable in her accessibility…she answered every text immediately and had someone out to the property promptly. I can’t say enough about her…she was super womanThe home was clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and they were exactly as portrayed on the site. Clean and maintained Bottom line: we all have issues with our own appliances and air conditioners at homefrom time to time. I’m sure this was a “1 off” situation. But thank you Hillary for staying on top of everything! You were “golden”

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Lake Travis home over the Fourth of July! There was more than enough room for our entire family to spread out comfortably, making it the perfect place for a large group. The pool area was definitely the highlight—it was beautiful, well-maintained, and where we spent most of our time enjoying the holiday together.We did run into a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host responded quickly and was very attentive, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic place to make family memories, and we would happily stay here again.

This guest was not a good guest as she was disrespectful of our home, our house rules with going inside after 10pm and turning down her music as is required of the city of Austin. This home is in a private residential neighborhood and she didn't care, she just wanted to be up late well past 2am in the morning with loud music and swim in the pool. This is a direct violation of our house rules. I would not recommend hosting to this guest as she doesn't care about the rules or being respectful.

This guest was our worst guest ever. He decided to have a party at the house with over 30 people without even asking. It is not ok to have extra guests in a residential neighborhood for a home. My local team showed up to help them with a few issues with the AC not working and he told me there were 30 people in the home. A home as a Short Term Rental is not setup for "parties" and this guest violated our house rules and obviously had a party, there is no way a home with 30 people can keep the house cool. We are bummed he chose to be such a pain for us and we tried, many times to help them with this maintenance issue, and in spite of the AC unit not working properly, they were quite mean and totally disregarded our house rules as he had extra guests stay at the house all weekend and lied to us about it. I would not recommend anyone ever hosting them and they have a boat rental service in the area. I suggest you not ever book with them either.
