Cozy semi-detached house with fireplace and beautiful garden to relax.

The holiday home "Am Yachthafen 132" is a spacious semi-detached house in a small side street directly on the marina.

In the 1. Floor there are two bedrooms. one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds.

Travel cot can be provided on request. Further up is the bathroom with shower. In the hallway stands a desk with toys and books for the children. On the ground floor is a guest toilet and a storage room.

The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a small freezer. The living room is about 30 square meters. Here we have a large sitting area by the fireplace. Furthermore, here is the dining area with 5 chairs. Highchair can be delivered.

From the living room you can directly access the terrace. The fenced garden adjoins. Garden furniture and barbecue are available. Awning as well. Parking space directly at the house. Also a log cabin for your bikes.

Wie immer perfekt

Auch nach unserem dritten Aufenthalt war alles perfekt wie immer. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin und eine Ferienwohnung für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt. Als doch mal eine Kleinigkeit war, wurde sich sofort (fast noch gestern) darum gekümmert. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

Gemütliche Doppelhaushälfte

Sehr schöne DHH mit großem, eingezäunten Garten, ideal für den Urlaub mit Kind und Hund. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieterin, alles prima, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sehr zufrieden

In den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus hat für uns nichts gefehlt, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Positiv überrascht waren wir von der Treppe, da sie mit Teppich belegt (keine Rutschgefahr) und sehr gut begehbar ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
