This newly designed apartment house with 3 apartments is located in the center of Kitzbühel. In just a few minutes you are in the heart of the city and the Hahnenkamm. Ideal starting point for the many Kitz events or for the diverse outdoor activities.

The small apartment on the ground floor with open fireplace also extends over another floor in the Suterrain. Although only 53m2 big, it convinces with the beautiful new design and the nevertheless large-scale Schlafiteitation. Divided into 2 double rooms, 1 large sofa bed and bathroom.
