Child-friendly apartment with terrace, 800m to the beach

Our child-friendly holiday home is located in the beautiful Mecklenburg countryside and is only a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea natural beach.
Our apartment has a nice bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee maker and
Toaster, a cozy living room with sofa bed for 2 people. A satellite TV, DVD and music system, one
Dining area and two bedrooms, laminate floors and bathroom tiles. This apartment has one
own terrace. Terrace furniture and parasols are available. You will find in the bedroom
a cozy double and single bed. For the beach excursions we also have a handcart for you.
And for the somewhat cooler days, our apartment has individually adjustable heating. For the little ones
A high chair and toys are available for guests. There is a parking space for your car on the property
to disposal.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe mit allem was man benötigt. Landschaftlich wunderschön, Ruhe, schöner nah gelegener Naturstrand, kleiner beschaulicher Ort. Ferienwohnung allerdings etwas verwohnt und abgerockt (kaputte Stühle), vor Bezug war eine kleine Reinigung erforderlich. Wennd das behoben ist gibt’s 5 Sterne.

Wir haben uns dort eingemietet, weil wir im Schloß Groß Schwanensee auf einer Hochzeit eingelaßen waren und keine 180€ pro Nacht bezahlen wollten. Hier ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis TOP und für unserem Sohn war der Spielplatz im Garten klasse!

Eine nette und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Kinder haben Möglichkeiten in großen Garten mit Spielgeräten sich auszutoben. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. Wir haben uns die acht Tage sehr wohl gefühlt.

Saubere, ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Leider sind in den Schlafräumen Teppiche und diese sind sehr klein. Aber für den Urlaub groß genug. Der Strand ist großartig und der Spielplatz im Ort und der kleine hinter dem Haus sind für Familien mit kleinen Kindern super. Die Spülmaschine ist ein echtes plus und die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Bei einem Bett war der Lattenrost mit Kabelbindern repariert unsere kleine Tochter hat es gut gehalten. :-)

Sehr ordentliche Ferienwohnung modern eingerichtet

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kissen und Decken für die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden. Der Aufenthalt in Groß Schwansee ist ideal zum entspannen. Der Strand ist ca. 700m entfernt.

Nicht sehr zufrieden

Die Fewo war bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht gereinigt. Erst ein Anruf beim Vermieter sorgte nach zwei Stunden Wartezeit für Abhilfe. Die Einrichtung war nicht dem Mietpreis angemessen. Es fehlte in der Küche an einigen Dingen. Scharfe Messer zum Brot-oder Gemüseschneiden waren neben anderen Dingen nicht vorhanden. Ebenso funktionierte der CD-Player nicht, der Fernsehempfang war sehr mäßig. Der versprochene WLAN-Anschluss lag ausserhalb unserer Reichweite. Alles in Allem hat uns die schöne Landschaft und das beständige Wetter über einiges hinweg getröstet. Buchen würden wir diese Unterkunft kein zweites Mal.

Erholung pur

Es war wunderschön. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist alles zu erreichen. Das "Schwanen Eck" kann man nur empfehlen, super lecker und super freundlich! Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett, in der Wohnung ist alles da was man braucht. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall weiter...

super ruhig

Wir haben uns in Groß Schwansee sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Frische Brötchen gab es in 20m entfernung in die eine Richtung und eine kleine Gastätte "Zum Schwaneneck" lud schon zum Mittagstisch ein. Die Unterkunft und der ganze Ort sind sehr sauber und gepflegt ALLE Einwohner sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine riesige Terrasse mit hübschen Möbeln und bequeme Betten. Wir (Vater, Mutter, Kind) können diese Unterkunft direkt weiterempfehlen. Sollte Ihr Kind noch gern reiten, dann gibt es im Nachbarort Neuenhagen (3km) einen super Reiterhof bei dem die Kinder gut reiten können - unser Kind möchte jetzt eingentlich nur noch dort hin.
