Centrally Located Remodeled Mountain Condo

This is a centrally located condo. Perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Conveniently located with easy access to Avon, Beaver Creek and Vail. In the summer enjoy the community pool, 18 hole and par 3 golf courses, as well as a park with a playground, pond, fire pit, and BBQ. There is easy access to hiking trails and the Eagle River. In the winter (most weekends) a free shuttle is available Jan-March just steps away to ski Vail. The public transportation bus stop is a 10 minute walk from our condo. Relax on the back patio and enjoy the view!

Cute and clean condo close to Beaver Creek.

We rented this condo for a little ski getaway. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Owners were very quick to respond when we had a question. It was a 7 minute drive to Beaver Creek Resort.

Location, Location, Location

We loved the location as we skied both Beaver Creek and Vail. It was an 8-minute drive to Beaver Creek and 15 to Vail. In addition, we were able to walk from the unit to snowshoe/hiking trails. Perfect location for us. The unit was spotless and the host was super responsive. Please note that the bunk beds are not in a closed off room. The bunkbed room opens up to the sink area of the bathroom.

Great place just outside Vail.

Property is a quick drive to Vail. Very close to shopping centers.The accommodation itself was sufficient for 2 adults. The place is on the smaller side. Looks like a 1 bedroom converted to two. There is no door on the second bedroom which is connected to the bathroom area. The bunk beds mattress was pretty thin for adult. Would be better for kids.

It was listed as “2 bedrooms,” but wasn’t actually really 2 bedrooms. That “bedroom” room doesn’t have a door. It was kind of a bonus space - like a den. But it’s ok, it still worked out ok.

Very clean and comfortable four our 4 night stay - we didn’t cook or eat there but kitchen looked well equipped. We enjoyed going to Little Bear cafe around the corner for coffee and breakfast. Our only recommendation would to replace the old and very worn couch. Everything else was nice.
