House at the pond, Germany

Experience a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people in our comfortable and cozy holiday home in Hooksiel. The house at the pond is very conveniently located in the residential area Lange Drift. From here it is not far to the center of Hooksiel, the Hooksmeer, the seawater indoor pool and the nearby beach. The house was recently completely renovated and offers you on 70sqm a modern and cozy decor. On the ground floor you will find next to a small guest toilet, the cozy living-dining area and the open kitchen. The modern high-gloss fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find a large fridge (with freezer), an oven, a cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. The living room is equipped with a large couch and a comfortable TV armchair, so that even 4 people find enough space to experience on the large 50 inch flat screen TV together or relaxed sitting in front of the fireplace. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, which are equipped with blinds. The slightly larger bedroom has a double bed (180x200) in comfort height, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. If necessary, a travel cot can be delivered here. In addition, there is a 40 '' flatscreen television available. The 2. Bedroom has two single beds that can be pulled out to a double bed if required. In this room you will also find a dresser and also a 40 '' flatscreen TV. Upstairs is the modern bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. Here is also the washing machine housed. The house has a spacious terrace, which adjoins the living room and on which it is wonderful breakfast.
