Floor, about 70 m². 1 room on the ground floor with 2 large windows, 1 room on the 1st floor. Floor with 3 windows, antique brick and latch floors, a large garden area, all windows look to the garden. Designer bathroom and toilet in cobalt blue with bidet. Fully equipped kitchen with 1 large window to the garden, beautiful anteroom. An inner oak staircase to the 1st Floor.
Suitable for 6 persons.

Ideal infrastructure: Countless hotels, restaurants, schools, shops of all kinds, doctors, famous Sacre Coeur high school, etc ... in the immediate vicinity.
10 minutes walk to the Vienna Forest Lake. 5 minutes walk to the Strandbad Pressbaum. 3 minutes on foot to the regional train to Vienna. In 19 minutes at the Westbahnhof (U3 and U6) or in 12 minutes in Hütteldorf (U4).

Eine einzige Katastrophe

Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. Und auf der oberen Etage, wo 4 Betten drin waren, gab es vermutlich Einschusslöcher im Fenster. Außenbeleuchtung war defekt. Am nächsten Morgen fragte ich nach einer Kaffeemaschine und habe eine kaputte erhalten. Die Verwalter haben uns nach Beschwerde eine neue Wohnung zugewiesen, wo allerdings gar kein Fernseher drin war. Die Abflüsse der Dusche und Waschbecken stanken und die Warmwasserboiler bzw. Heizboiler waren notdürftig geflickt. Am letzten Abend knallte dann die Außenbeleuchtung auch noch durch.

Pas la meilleure location de votre vie

Le logement que nous avons eu ne correspondait en rien aux photos de l’annonce, mais nous avons eu un logement qui correspondait tout de même à nos critères. La literie, la vaisselle et la salle de bain semblaient plutôt propres et confortables. La cuisine est équipée du strict minimum, il y a une machine à laver, cafetière, bouilloire, micro-onde mais pas de four, quant aux 2 plaques de cuisson elles sont assez vétustes. Pas de télé ni de wifi, j’ai demandé plusieurs fois à la propriétaire mais aucune réponse. Les personnes ayant fait le check-in et le check-out ne parlaient pas anglais (ni français). Il y a une petite cour extérieure agréable, nous nous sommes garés dans la rue gratuitement et sans problème. Le quartier est tranquille, toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds (supermarché, restaurant, tabac…). La gare se trouve à 5min du logement, très pratique pour se rentre à Vienne, cependant pas de train après 22h. Bref, le prix est plutôt abordable et ce n’est pas pour rien.
