View of Lake Charlevoix and Harborage Marina - From the floor to ceiling windows, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Charlevoix. Out the front door, you are a short walk into downtown Boyne City and a block to Peninsula Beach.

This property is the perfect combination of stunning lake views, location central to all the Boyne City and surrounding areas fun and, the restful spot you've been after. The main floor has three bedrooms; two each with one queen bed and a third with two single beds. The loft has a queen and a single bed. Sleeper sofa in den. Two full bathrooms, open concept living/dining area, washer/dryer. The cottage has it's own separate and private entrance at the rear of the property. Parking for two vehicles.

The rental is it's own private space and completely separated from the main home by a hallway and locked fire door. Should you be interested in renting the full home, please let us know and we'd be happy to give you more information. The full property sleeps 17 with six bedrooms and a loft and five bathrooms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First we want to say the house was spotless and the location perfect. The management company was very accommodating in helping with trailer parking and getting us a grill. My review for them is 5 stars. Here comes the but..The house looks great but lacks any comfort. Made for 11 people but not enough room for more than 4 in the small living room, dining table or bar. The furniture was new, but extremely uncomfortable. It felt cheap and disposable The loft shows photo of steps - but is really a ships ladder. Not sure what age would really be comfortable climbing that. Could not get our bags up there - lived out of the car. Midnight bathroom call was always dangerous. The guests in the main house used the garage door late at night and at 4:53 a.m. When it opens it shakes the space we rented and woke everyone up from the horrible noise. The kitchen has little counter space and no place to put our food in the cupboards. Beds were comfortable but the rooms remained very warm and you can't open the windows. We won't return, but not because of anything but the lack of comfort when trying to have a family trip. It just doesn't work for really more than a couple unless you want to sit on the floor. Get some comfy chairs and big floor pillows maybe. We ranged in age from youths to 85 and no one found it comfortable or return visit worthy. Unless the furniture was changed and empty out one cupboard for food. Management company was amazing.

This location was great, walkable to peninsula park with a beach, playground and splash pad. The property was in great condition and clean when we arrived. If there are two cars there is no outdoor space to sit but the inside gets great breezes with all the windows.

The property is a great location and everything was so clean, fresh and very comfortable. We were given excellent check-in and check-out instructions and the home came with amenities (coffee, paper goods, etc.) so we didn't have to do anything other than walk in and enjoy! Thank you Timber North and homeowner for a wonderful couple of nights.
