The Mitchell Street Townhouses are centrally located for all your vacation needs. CIty steps a few feet away will take you down to Petoskey's signature waterfront park and break wall. A 15 min walk (0.5 mi) will have you in the heart of downtown where you can enjoy all of the shopping and dining our charming town has to offer. Walk, bike or jog the Little Traverse Wheelway that runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. Ski or Snowboard any of the three resorts within 30 minutes of the townhouses. All of your best Northern Michigan vacation memories are within minutes of our front door. We hope you will book with us today!

Memorial Holiday stay in Petoskey

Everything came as advertised. Appeared to be a newer townhome, approximately a 1.5 yr. old property. Very well appointed, immaculate, with everything you’d need for your stay. The decks looking out over the lake makes this property even more appealing. Easy walk to downtown and the lakefront. Perfect home to escape to while enjoying this charming city. You won’t be disappointed.

This place was impeccable! It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities from the kitchenware to the bath towels were so nice! Great brands like Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Stonewall Kitchen and Native. The views were gorgeous from the main room and master bedroom. The view was even improved during our stay when they took down a large tree/bush out back. It was a little loud Friday morning when they were doing it but it was worth it. (Not sure if the tree was this property's or another property.) The main road can be loud but it was mostly on the weekdays during traffic hour. Honestly it did not bother us at all. Everything else made that very minor. It's an easy 10 minute walk into town, which we did every day. You can walk on the main road or head down into the neighborhood and then over to town, which is very nice. I will definitely be looking to book this place again next time we visit Petoskey! Highly recommend!

Great spot from which to enjoy all Petoskey has to offer

This is a great new townhouse centrally located to explore Petoskey. We walked to the waterfront, lighthouse and found many trails nearby. We were also able to walk to and from downtown Petoskey. There is a great bike rental store two blocks away. The house was new and clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the covered birch to watch a rainstorm roll in (and statues dry!). The third floor balcony off the primary is a great place to watch the sunrise. Property management was super responsive and helpful. It is close to US 31, so we heard some road noise but a white machine nullified it at night. Overall, it was a great base for us to explore Petoskey and northern Michigan.
