Step back in time with all the comforts of today in this beautifully renovated 1890s Victorian home, perfectly situated in the heart of Petoskey’s historic Mitchell Street district. Just a short stroll from the Gaslight District, you’ll be moments away from downtown restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment.

This spacious home features four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, thoughtfully updated while preserving its enchanting original character. The main level boasts a bright, modern kitchen that opens to a large side deck, ideal for grilling and entertaining, as well as two inviting living areas, a dining room, and a full bath. Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing comfort and privacy for your group.

While the home does not include central air conditioning, screened windows and provided box fans allow the refreshing Northern Michigan breezes to keep the space cool and comfortable during the warmer months.

In the winter, guests will love being just a short drive from some of the area’s best ski hills, making this a year-round destination. Spend summer evenings relaxing on the front porch with a glass of wine, or head out for a day of adventure, whether it’s golf outings, local farmer’s markets, concerts in the park, or biking the scenic Little Traverse Wheelway. We had a lovely week in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the front porch, sitting in our chairs enjoying the fresh air! You can walk to nearby shopping areas and restaurants. House was wonderful, great locations, loved the 3 full bathrooms and kitchen. .3 miles from restaurants and stores. Downtown Petoskey was a great town to visit. We were given an incorrect code to get into the house, luckily we were able to quickly contact the off hours support and they provided us the correct code.
