The Woodloft Haus is a massive 4,000 square feet executive style home with 4 bedrooms plus sleeping loft and 3 bathrooms. It is situated on a beautiful 2 acre wooded lot. The home features mid-century modern meets up north cabin architecture which makes for a warm and inviting stay. The Haus is professionally deep cleaned by a local cleaning company after each guest stay.

***NEW for Summer 2024 ~ a lower-level complete renovation! The remodeled space has a sitting area for eight (8) with a new 70" TV, brand-new ping pong table and an updated foosball table. Last, but not least, the lower level now has a complete throwback arcade. Featuring Ms Pac Man, NBA Jam, Golden Tee, and others as well as a couple of pinball machines. We even put a couple blacklights in!

The Haus has all, American made, Whirlpool Stainless Steel kitchen appliances. Including; 5 burner gas range with Frozen Bake technology, French door fridge with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, high-capacity dishwasher, and over the range microwave. All new, American Made, Whirlpool high-capacity clothes washer and dryer.

The home comfortably sleeps 14 in beds. It has three (3) HD LCD TV's with premium cable; ESPN, FSD, HBO, Showtime, and more. The home also has the following for guests to enjoy: Massive DVD collection, Table Tennis, Foosball and board games in the expansive finished basement.

The neighborhood connects with the Little Traverse Wheelway. The "Wheelway" is a 24 mile paved bike path from downtown Harbor Springs through Petoskey State Park, Downtown Petoskey, Bay Harbor and concluding in Charlevoix. The "Wheelway" offers postcard-worthy views of Lake Michigan as it snakes around the natural curve of Little Traverse Bay.

The home is also located close to Boyne Highlands Ski and Golf Resort, Nub's Nob Ski Resort and Little Traverse Bay Golf Club. It's less than 1 mile from Trip Advisors #1 Place to eat in Harbor Springs; The Polish Kitchen. Also, Pond Hill Farm is only a short car ride away. Pond Hill Farm has everything for the family to enjoy - petting zoo, garden, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc.

Perfect family get away. We had a family of 11 ranging from mid 70s to 12 years old and the house provided something for everyone. Relaxing and reading in the four season room or porch to ping pong, foseball, and arcades in the lower level. Perfect location to explore harbor springs and Petoskey but also an easy trip to see Macinac island, wilderness State Park, and Highlands Dark Sky Park. The home was exceptionally well equipped. It was agreed that this was a home we would all come back to.

Our family loves to ride bikes on the path into the Petoskey State Park.
