About this space
Beautiful Cedar ski chalet with large deck, located in woodsy area. Back deck with 7 person jacuzzi, get ready to relax after some skiing. Fire Pit located just off the back deck, completely covered fire pit also under deck,large gas grill on the front elevated deck. Chalet has a full kitchen. Billiards, pingpong, foosball and 6' air hockey table in the basement. Walking distance to Nubs Nob.
Well trained pets are welcome for $35 nt or $165 wk. potty trained, non chewing, no going on furniture.
The space
Just minutes from downtown Harbor Springs. Everything you could want to do is nearby including Petoskey State Park with the sand dunes. . 30 minutes away from the historic Mackinac Island and the upper peninsula. Short drive to view Pictured Rocks. Great place to vacation winter or summer. Fall is beautiful, just 10 minutes away from scenic tunnel of trees drive. Full stocked kitchen. Pet fee is $35 per night per pet of $150 per week for well trained pets. Must be declared when making the reservation-YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS POOP AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE-
-SUMMER- only rents Saturday to Saturday from the end of June to end of August.
August 2020: New sofa and loveseat, new ceiling fans in great room and master bedroom, new pergo floor.

House is accessed with code. Manager lives nearby. Walking distance to Nubs Nob. Across street from Boyne Highlands Ski and Golf, the largest resort in the midwest. 20 minutes away from beautiful Bay Harbor exclusive up north golfing on the edge of Lake Michigan.

We loved this rental! The ping pong and air hockey were so much fun for both kids and adults. The hot tub was amazing after long days of skiing, and the location was PERFECT for easy access to Nubs and The Highlands. Communication with Guy was very easy, and his responses were quick. We will definitely book again.

House and property were great! So many different things to do from Harbor Springs. Host was great and gave us recommendations of places nearby to visit. This would be a great winter stay for skiers and snowboarders as Nubs Nob is just a quick drive away. Game room was fun when it was time to come back and the hot tub is very well maintained.

Family Ski Weekend

We loved the location and had a great time skiing and when we weren’t skiing, we enjoyed the hot tub, reading by the fire, playing pool and games together. Great family weekend.!

Great N Mi house!

Booked for two smaller families to serve has home base for several day trips. Kids enjoyed the basement with games and hot tub, deck and fireplace were all adult favorites. Owner was excellent with communication and even sent a video for how to adjust hot tub.

I have stayed at this property at least 5 times. I keep returning for the proximity to Boyne, the cleanliness and cozy feel of the house, Guy’s excellent communication, and the HOT TUB!!! This house always serves us well. Thank you Guy!

Great Location to Nubs Nob

Proximity to Nubs was awesome, and Highlands, made life easier! Quiet location and house was well appointed. My family and I really enjoyed the game room. Highly recommended! Owner sent text messages throughout stay as well, just chucking in and making sure everything was good, much appreciated.
