If you are looking for a way to enjoy Northern Michigan’s outdoor lifestyle all year, come to Trout Creek! Located between the towns of Petoskey and Harbor Springs, this 2 Bed/Bath plus loft condo is nestled in a private wooded setting and sleeps 9 people (Max 8 adults). Whether you are on the balcony among the treetops, or keeping cozy in front of the fireplace, spend your time making memories amongst the four-season beauty and recreation of Northern Michigan.

The Space
Main Condo Features: Smart TVs, 6-person dining table and 4-person barstool area, 2 private balconies w/table and chairs, soaker jetted tub, Loft area with a 5 twin bunk bed, gas fireplace

Kitchen: Fully stocked dishes and cooking basics, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, Keurig, toaster, and complimentary k-cups

Beds: 1 king bed in each bedroom, daybed in the living room, a 5 twin bunk bed in the loft area, and 1 twin daybed under the stairs in the living room. (Sleeping arrangement for a max of 8 adults due to the weight limit on the top of bunk bed)

General: Free WiFi, linens/towels, central A/C, hair dryers, hangers, iron/board, trash bags, paper towels, complimentary toiletries

This is our second year renting this unit for our annual ski trip and it was another great stay. The place was clean, organized, the beds were comfy and Kevin was quick to respond when we had a question. The little extras like K-cups, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and welcome bag were a nice touch and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely re-book next year. Perfect place for family wanting to ski

The chalet was very cozy and inviting. It had nice accommodations and amenities that weren’t expected. (Q-tips, make up removers, nail files in bathroom, plenty of dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets, plenty of blankets) The beds were comfortable as were the couches.

Great location for skiing

We stayed for four days just after Christmas and found this property to be everything we needed for two families (4 adults and kids aged 13, 11, 9, 8). The unit is nicely updated and well-stocked with basic supplies and extras like games, toys, and a projector for the kids’ loft room. Location is excellent for skiing at Nub’s or Boyne. Highly recommend!

Great condo right next to Nubs and across from Boyne Highlands. Had everything we needed. Great for skiing and golf. Lots of space for our family of 4. Very close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Communication with our hosts were great! When we had an issue with the fireplace, they helped us right away. It was a great stay!

Great for our needs

We needed a place to stay near Boyne Highlands the night before a large bike ride. This home was within biking distance and the garage was great for prepping bicycles beforehand. The space was clean and we enjoyed the balcony in the morning.

Great Spot for a Week(end) Getaway!

We loved our time at this Trout Creek condo. We've stayed in other units here before, but this one was perfect for our big family. The unit was incredibly clean and well-stocked. The beds were super comfy and my kids loved the loft area with the projector to watch movies at night. There was a very well thought-out welcome manual that explains everything about the condo and things to do in the area too, which was the best one I've seen so far. The owner was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Overall, this is a great spot to stay for a weekend away or even longer. We'll definitely book again!

This was our second time coming to the Valleys Chalet! We won’t stay anywhere else for our annual trip to Petosky! This place is perfectly located and close to all the fun attractions. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay! The property is gorgeous, especially in the fall. You are surrounded by trees! There are several walking trails you can explore, a shuttle to Nubs Nob is almost right out the door, 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, fitness center, hot tub and sauna. It’s like being at a resort minus the crowd of people. The Valleys have went above and beyond as hosts for their property! This place is the perfect getaway if you have little ones. Our kids were so excited to come back and play in the kids loft area and watch movies on the big projector from their beds! We will definitely be back next year!!

Clean, beautifully located and will be booking again!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in! I’m a travel agent and have experienced lots of places to stay! We highly recommend the Valley’s Chalet #139! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and located in the perfect location if you’re visiting the Petoskey area for any reason! There is so much to do very close by including on the property! The owner takes very good care of the place and cares about their guests who are staying! The condo is fully stocked and they have went out of their way to make sure they have the little things available! They are easy to get ahold of if needed! Our kids had so much fun playing in the loft and going swimming! This is our place to stay when coming up north for all future visits!

Wonderful family ski weekend!

We have stayed in other Trout Creek condos and this one was by far the best! The updates made to this unit were both functional and beautiful. We loved the loft setup with bunk beds and a projector for kids to watch movies. The toys and the fun night light were added bonuses. The condo felt clean and comfortable. The decor put us in a great mood for the ski weekend. The kids loved reading under the stairs on the daybed. We also loved the view of the ski resort from the window. We hope to be back sometime in the future!
