It was a great location for a summer getaway. The property was clean and well-taken care of. Quiet and peaceful with just a short walk to the lake and other amenities close by. Also just a short drive to Harbor Springs or Petoskey. We would definitely book here again.

Too many stairs for comfort. There is a small landing and either u go up six stairs to living/kitchen or down six to bedrooms and main bath. Main bathtub needed updating. Don’t expect welcome basket with coffee or treats like high end vrbo’s. Also long list of cleaning instructions- makes u wonder why u pay for housekeeping. Late check out not allowed even though no future guests were coming. Not even an hour. Just did not feel it was very accommodating.

Thank you for your input. I am sorry that the stairs caught you by surprise, as we clearly indicate the number of living levels in the description of this property. As you know from my reply to your request, I tried hard to accommodate your ask for a later stay--received less than 24 hours before check-out--but the housekeeping service had the property scheduled for cleaning at the standard check-out time and they were unable to change their plan, as this is a very busy time for them. I trust that you enjoyed the beach and the view and were able to enjoy exploring Harbor Springs and the surrounding area.

Property with great amenities near Harbor Springs

We very much enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great. We loved our days swimming at the community pool and beach, and enjoyed the sites close by in Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The property behind the complex was a wooded sanctuary with trails to a serene rocky beach.

Exceptional stay!

We have been coming up north for 16 years. We love harbor cove and cedar cove area. The condo was wonderful and everything we could or hoped for! Love the big TVs for movies and shows. The beach and pool house were also great and we spent most of our time there. We have already booked again for next years stay.

Biking & Golf Weekend

Functional, tight quarters
Stayed 3 nights in May 2025
Response from VrboOwner on 9 June 2025
Thank you for your feedback. After 58 other reviews, including 53 5-star and five 4-star reviews, we have to admit we were very surprised by this response. We will take the adjective "functional" for the win, but we question why this condo with three floors of living space has "tight quarters," especially as your review indicated "listing accuracy" as one of the property's strengths. We work hard to make our listing best reflect what works for our guests, with clear descriptions of bed sizes, the six-seat dining table plus a three-bar stool area for dining, and the two bathrooms featuring one bath with a tub/shower, and a second bath with a shower only. We are glad you ranked the unit high for cleanliness, location, check-in and communication.

Great Retreat

We loved staying here while joining a large family reunion. Location was perfect to get away from the activities and we loved the peaceful beach to watch the waves and wildlife. Condo had all the amenities we needed and Susan was very responsive to our needs. Would definitely book this property again!

Perfect Location in Harbor springs

This condo was perfectly located, well appointed, clean and best of all has a great beach access location. We were shocked with the access and cleanliness of the beach. Spent several mornings watching the fog over the bay and evening watching a beautiful show of stars. Would stay again!
