Very convenient location for getting to the ski resorts and also into town/Petosky. Enough space for kids to have their areas to spend time and then a large enough main level for everyone to eat and congregate. Cozy fireplace and sauna were used daily. All of the extras in the kitchen make it easy to cook. The interior isn’t the most updated, but the layout/floor plan make up for it. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen and clean. The property was easy to find and very convenient for our ski trip. Management company / hosts communicated very well. We will definitely look this property up again in the future.

Two bathrooms on main level have problems with draining of water. One the tap keeps running while the shower is on and the other the drain is just plugged.

The condo is conveniently located with easy access to a grocery store, Walgreens and a gas station.Downtown Harbor Springs is only 3 miles away with a biking/jogging/walking trail straight into town.The condo is very comfortable with a perfect floor plan for family and friends. It has 2 bedrooms and a full bath with sauna on the 2nd floor. The owners suite on the 1st floor has a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor has private access to a full bathroom. Every bedroom and the living room has a flatscreen tv with cable.Graham Management has been so accommodating through the years!I would highly recommend renting Harbor Cove #108😎Elaine and George H from Grosse Pointe, MI A guest from Grosse Pointe

Great for our family, spacious living area with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on second level. Decor could use updating especially the dishwasher and stove but the unit is clean and furnishings are comfortable and very functional. Large wrap around deck with three door walls. Umbrella on the deck needs to be replaced full of pine sap and very dirty.

Reviewer Comments: Long time timeshare owner at Harbor Cove, rent this unit for last two years for a great unit to bring the entire family for a great summer time experience in the area. The unit is spacious and furnished comfortably. Full size washer/dryer great for large family. AC and Wi-Fi worked great. Pool and Beach areas are great and not crowded. Unit was relatively clean and well-maintained. Graham mgt was professional, well organized and responsive. Love walks along Beach drive to Harbor Springs in the morning approximately 3 miles. I would recommend this unit to friends and family. Large deck area around back facing the woods, very private. The deck, umbrella table and chairs were very dirty with pine needles and sap and had not been cleaned in sometime, umbrella was very dirty. We cleaned it before use and ignored umbrella. Screens in upper bedrooms did not fit in so we had to use AC even though the temperature was in the mid 70’s with low humidity. Screen track on main door wall was hard to open. However in general clean and well maintained.
