This home is located between two beautiful towns with fun shops and great restaurants, Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Only 1.5 miles to Petoskey State Park so you can explore a gorgeous beach and Lake Michigan. Boyne Highlands, Nub’s Nob and groomed snowmobile trails are just minutes away.
100 feet of frontage on pristine and quiet all sports Round Lake (353 acres). The boat launch is only 350’ away from the home. It’s a terrific lake for boating, swimming, kayaking and fishing.
This is the ideal place to unwind or "work from home" using high-speed Wifi. Venture further with easy day trips to Mackinaw, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and Traverse City!
The fireplace/wood burning stove is for looks only and is not operational. The home is equipped with an outdoor security camera.
