The house is very clean and exactly as advertised. The bedrooms have a/c but the entire house was very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location for getting your Harbor Springs and Petoskey, and only a bike ride away from Petoskey State Park. We would absolutely stay again!

If anything, they undersold the place on the listing. It was spacious, and a grest deck in the back, and a fire pit closer to the lake that we, unfortunately, didnt get a chance to use.The ONLY thing was that there was a decent amount of sand on the bathroom floor, but thats almost expected with a place 50ft from a beach!Great location, great place, thanks for letting stay!

This truly is a 4 seasons retreat! We stayed for 3 nights in December/January and enjoyed the house very much. It was an ideal location to The Highlands for skiing, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs. The house had everything we needed and we would stay again!

This was such a a well appointed house on a lovely quiet lake. We enjoyed how close it is to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey. My husband enjoyed his kayak while our son caught a small mouth bass from the dock.

Beautiful property on Round Lake. The landscaping was exceptional and it's obvious that much attention has been paid to the entire VRBO. The inside was very clean and well thought out. If we were staying in the area we would not hesitate to return.

Great lake view property! The lake is great for swimming, snorkeling, and the property is unique and has a beautiful backdrop. Very close lots of great destinations. It was rather hot the day we were there and the host had plenty of fans to back up the ac units.

Lovely stay!

We so enjoyed this beautiful property! We especially loved the kayaks and the tranquil small lake and the state park for hiking nearby! We had a very hard time leaving because it was so wonderful! Thank you for a great stay. Highly recommend this property for families because of the gradual entry to the lake with a small sand beach.
