This home perfectly accommodated our large group. Everyone loved the beautiful views and all of the games not to mention all the fun down by the water! This place was truly the perfect getaway for us!

It was a great house for our family. It was clean and well stocked. There were a ton of games and puzzles which was nice. The arcade games, pool, and shuffleboard were amazing in the basement. The host responded really quickly to my questions. The only downside was the stairs to the water and I feel like they show that in the pictures and advertise that fairly but it was a lot for my mom. Another positive was the water itself. There is a nice sandy bottom with just a few rocks. Our young kids enjoyed the water area a lot.

We had a wonderful winter getaway on Burt Lake. The house suited us, our kids and grandkids perfectly. The hot tub was relaxing. The kids loved the bunk room and game room. The house is well-equipped overall!

Very comfortable home. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The game room area is wonderful. Even in winter beautiful view. 25 minutes to the slopes. The Italian restaurant Vivio was delicious . Loved the hot tub!

Great Adult Weekend get away

It was a perfect place for friends to gather and spend a long weekend. Great restaurants within short distance, and access to the Indian River Waterway. You can start and end your day on a great deck with a great view. All in all it was a nice place for us to stay.

Clean and comfortable

We had two families of 4 stay here and had plenty of room. Kitchen was clean and well organized with many of the various utensils available which was nice. It was close enough to the ski areas and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Views - especially the storms

We had a terrific stay at the house in June of 2025. There was some significant rain and storms, but we made the best of the amazing views from the back deck. The host was very attentive and helped us work through some minor issues.

Amazing Ice Fishing Weekend!

The property suited my family and friends so well. I surprised my husband with a weekend with his friends for his 40th birthday. The house was great and well equipped!Will recommend to anyone, and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our family. All communication leading up to our stay was detailed and responsive. The house was very clean and the amenities were perfect. Our only complaint was the air conditioning tended to be extremely cold in the basement while the third floor ran hot. We wish it was a little better distributed.. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great property supporting our family vacation. Burt lake was a terrific lake. The water was shallow off the dock for fun in the water and on the lily pad. Lots of steps down to the dock, but it gave great views of the lake. We had 14 and we fit easily. Note that one of the beds is a couch (not a pullout) that converts to a bed by adding the large ottoman in the lfot - not a separate bedroom. Fun game room for the kids in the basement and easy access to Indian River town.
