It is conveniently located and walking distance to the gaslight district and Petoskey’s finest shopping and dining. It is also just steps away from the breakwall, Bayfront Park and Little Traverse Wheelway.
The apartment boasts of a private porch with views of Little Traverse Bay. The unit consists of 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bath with a tub shower combination, living room with a pull out full sofa bed and dining area with seating for 4.
Features: Cable, central air, washer, dryer, paved 1 car paved driveway, BBQ and outdoor seating.

The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 10 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.

There is a propane BBQ available ready to use. The propane tank is in place with a spare tank close by for your convenience.
