At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
For bookings of 7 nights over Whitsun, the price of B season applies.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be returned will be refunded. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please inform us in this regard after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate according to and before your arrival, the bed linen and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Der erste Eindruck war gut, bis wir uns das Geschirr angesehen haben, die ersten beiden Teller und Tassen hat der Vorgänger nicht abgewaschen, sowie sämtliche Trinkgläser, deren Flecke nicht vom vorhandenen Geschirrspüler herrühren. Nach der ersten Nacht waren Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und viel zu dünn. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig und auf der Terrasse sitzt man mit den zwei anderen Parteien fast zusammen. Die Möblierung ist in die Jahre gekommen und etwas lieblos. Auf der Terrasse gibt es die billigsten Stühle die man kaufen kann. Die Lage im Ort ist allerdings sehr gut.

Die Wohnung war sauber und für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung. Uns hat es sehr verwundert, dass es heutzutage noch Wohnungen ohne WLAN gibt... Das nächste Mal wurden wir genauer die Objektbeschreibung beachten.

Fewo mit Charme der 90er Jahre.

Man könnte einige Mängel abstellen. Im Schlafzimmer an der Decke einige Spinnweben. Küchzeile teilweise vom Vormieter noch sehr fettig- Dunstabzugshaube, Herdplatte und Spüle. Die Ferienwohnung erstrahlt im Charme der 90er Jahre. Die Wohnung soll Besenrein übergeben werden, es fehlt aber der Besen sowie ein Handfeger und das Fegeblech. Auch ein Spülmittel und Abtrocknetücher wären als Ausstattung nicht schlecht.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen in der kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung. Es ist dort relativ ruhig. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Bestecke hätte ich gerne gehabt. Jedoch untern Strich waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

Wir wurden sehr nett bei der Anmeldung empfangen und haben uns sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es ist eine kleine Zweizimmerwohnung mit extra Bad und kleiner Küchenzeile. Ist nett eingerichtet und passt alles, Terrasse mit Tisch usw. alles da. Gerne wieder

schöne, gut ausgestattete FW. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen . Kann man weiter empfehlen! Mit dem Fahrrad gibt es viel zu entdecken (auch ohne E- Antrieb locker möglich) Schwierig wird es nur, wenn man in Prerow abends essen gehen will ohne dass man schon eine halbe Woche vorher bestellt hat!

Die FeWo lag sehr ruhig. Zentrum und Strand sind entspannt zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Erreichbarkeit der Verwaltung ist sehr gut. In der Vorsaison ist die Ostsee immer eine Empfehlung.

Schön für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, man ist schnell am Meer, und der Edeka liegt dorthin auf dem Weg. Auch schön ist die Terrasse. Leider waren bei uns keine Seife oder Spülhandtücher vorhanden, wahrscheinlich ist das aber coronabedingt gerade nicht möglich.

Alles super! Kann man empfehlen!

Insgesamt fand ich den Aufenthalt gut und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich, wobei ich natürlich bei einer Ferienwohnung auch nicht gleich Herpes bekomme, wenn z. B. am Besteck noch ein bisschen Schmutz ist, den die Spülmaschine nicht wegbekommt und die Vormieter es nicht bemerkt haben. Das kommt auch zu Hause vor... In einer Notsituation (Schlüssel im Auto verlegt) wurde mir sofort vom Hausmeister und Hr. Flöter sen. geholfen. Mein Wunsch, den Fettfilter in der Küche zu tauschen, wurde umgehend erfüllt. Wenn man die Beschreibung der FeWo gewissenhaft liest, weiß man, worauf man sich einlässt und das bekommt man auch; passendes Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis Ich habe nur kleine Kritikpunkte, die aber bereits bei der Buchung bekannt waren und daher meine Bewertung nicht beeinflusst haben: - kein WLAN/Internet im Haus ist für die heutige Zeit nicht mehr zeitgemäß aber man kann das überleben ;) - Kosten für Bettwäsche/Handtücher finde ich generell unangebracht aber man weiß es ja und kann die Sachen selbst mitbringen - Die Einrichtung war recht „einfach“ aber auch das war mir bekannt und hat nichts an meinem Gesamteindruck geschmälert

Nicht mehr das Modernste

Ich hatte nicht explizit gelesen, das kein WLAN vorhanden ist, war aber schon sehr überrascht dass es nicht der Fall war. Selbst in Hostels in Kirgistan bekommt dies kostenfrei (ich spreche aus Erfahrung). Und auch dass man 20 Eur für Bettwäsche verlangt finde ich dreist. Hier wird die Not schamlos ausgenutzt (Wir haben in Prerow Fahrräder einen ganzen Tag für 7 Eur ausgeliehen). Beide Punkte sind wohl meine Schuld weil ich nicht genau genug gelesen habe, aber für so viel Geld wird hier nur das mindeste geboten. Dinge die in vielen Hostels und Airbnbs Standard sind fehlen hier. Die Lage ist gut :)
