Our apartment is located on the ground floor of the “Käpt’n Brass” apartment building, which was completed in 2014. It features a large,
sunny southwest-facing balcony and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom for two people, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. A storage room for bicycles and a parking space are also available.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort town of Dierhagen is just 150 metres away.

All rooms feature hardwood floors with underfloor heating. The living room and
bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding patio doors with insect-
screen pleats as well as electric exterior roller shades. Ventilation can be provided as needed via an automatic indoor air circulation system at

The living and dining area features a 3-seater sofa with spring core and
sleep function, a wicker armchair, an LCD TV, a hi-fi system, a large dining table with 4 upholstered
chairs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, exhaust fan,
coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) without a footboard, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, nightstands, an LCD TV, and a clock radio.
For use on the terrace, there is a large table, adjustable high-back chairs with
cushions, and a parasol.
In addition, an outdoor clothesline, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron are available.

Towels and bed linens can be booked separately.
Dogs are welcome and permitted by arrangement.
Wi-Fi internet access is also available.
