Great Family Condo!

The condo owners have thought of EVERYTHING! There were starter items, both a Kuerig and Regular Coffee Pot, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, kids toys, (Literally a closet FULL of them!). The condo feels very cozy and we felt at home. The patio had wonderful loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy our morning coffee. The check in process was smooth and easy - one note - you don't get your code until check in time. I was a little worried, but everything worked out great! I would definitely rent this again. I actually loved that there was carpet because we have a grandbaby that was crawling, and it was much better then her crawling around on tile. I LOVED THIS PLACE!!

Had fun, but slightly disappointed in condo

We had a great time this week! The weather was wonderful even though we couldn’t get in the ocean. We liked the room, but had a few concerns. 1. The toilet seat in the master bathroom came off numerous times. My 2yo almost fell in once when it came detached. 2. There were 2 large bugs in the master bathroom. 3. Dishwasher was completely full of dishes that I didn’t know I would need to put away. 4. The trash can did not have a bag that fit, nor could we seem to find one that did fit because of the way it was shaped. 5. Only one remote in the whole condo worked for the living room and master tv. There were many other remotes but only the one would work. 6. The bottom bunk bed had sand all over it letting me know it had not been cleaned. Despite these things, we were overall happy with the room and very appreciative of the communication with the owner on the day of our arrival.

Bugs and Beach

Beautiful location right on the beach but had to share the condo with roaches. The condo was dirty with bugs, mold and more. The property managers where great and took care of most of the issues after I had to address them. We pay a very big cleaning fee so very disappointing the condo wasn’t up to par.

slow response & more

We visited 4/18-22 during the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The check-in process was easy once I confirmed where to go. The keypad to the door & the parking garage were sent the day of; communication was off to a great start. The problem began once I got to the room. I always wipe down surfaces to make sure it’s clean. There was dust on some surfaces, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the roaches! I have NEVER stayed at a short-term property rental & seen such a thing! I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my things out or on the counters once I saw this. I messaged the host and sent pictures of them. They replied an apology, that they’d see if the building would come spray, but since they’d just sprayed that week, I shouldn’t see anymore. Really! One would hope…NOT. I saw a few more over the next cpl days we were there. Additionally, I couldn’t find the towels. I sent a message about the that too, but it went unaddressed. I had to follow-up with them the next day to check the status around noon & had to follow back up as there was no reply. When I finally got a response I was told they couldn’t spray since I was in the room. I said I’d leave, waited some time for a reply & was told they couldn’t spray at all since it had just been sprayed, & again, I shouldn’t see anymore roaches. I also had to inquire again about where the towels were. I used my beach towel & personal face towel I travel with. I was uncomfortable the entire stay. I do not like bugs! The carpet needs cleaning. The outside patio table was sticky & dirty; obviously not cleaned from the last visitor. The primary bathroom shower was unclean. The unresponsiveness from the host was just as big of a problem as the issues above. I wish I could upload pictures. The view of the water is amazing. There was no delay with the elevators, a true plus,. 2 parking passes also a +.

Fantastic

We love the ease of parking at Emerald Beach, the proximity to amenities, the pools, etc. the weather this time was phenomenal. Barely any waves, it was crystal clear too.

We enjoyed our stay.

This unit had everything we needed except a coffee pot. It has a Keurig and we bought an inexpensive regular pot, but brought it home with us. Apparently there is a new agency representing 736. Right after we rented the property they sent us the gate code for another property. Then never sent one for Emerald Beach. We had other family members staying in another unit and they gave it to us. I think they will remedy this problem as they get adjusted to representing this property. Other wise, the condo is just right . We like the 7th floor location. There are many amenities on the property like weight room, snack areas. There are restaurants nearby. The condo Is a good size for 4-6 people. I love the lounger by the window in the bedroom. The master bedroom and closet are very large. Easy beach access.
