This beautiful and unique tiny house is located in Midtown Tampa (3027 W Cordelia St) within walking distance to Raymond James and New York Yankees Spring Training Stadium (15-20 minutes walk). Three minutes away from I-4 and 5 minutes from Riverwalk, Armateur Works, UT, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, SOHO, Tampa Int. Airport, International Plaza and the best restaurants in town. It comfortably accommodates up to three people. This gorgeous hideaway is ideal for study, business and leisure trips. Every detail is well-thought for you. The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box (self check-in).This property is available for long term stays. We also allow college students to rent and stay at the property.

Perfect stay/close to everything

We were in town for the UFC event at Amelia Arena. It was a very short five minute drive and perfect for our overnight stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the space is perfect for two to three people. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s my second stay and we will definitely use it again if available.

a cute tiny house with a little patio out back. Everything you need. The only drawback was the stairs - they were scary! LL very helpful; wifi worked well.I would suggest moving the tv to the wall across from the couch!

Tiny house near Raymond James

Property is as described in the listing. Very clean and within walking distance to the stadium which makes it a great place to stay for stadium events. Our host was responsive and we will definitely consider booking again.

We booked this because it said it was a 8 minute walk to George Stienbrenner field. That was false info. It was 1.4 miles away. Very misleading. Other than that, it was okay.

Quick trip

My daughter and I stayed for a concert at Raymond James Stadium. It was super easy and safe to walk to/from the stadium and the location was quiet. The Tiny house was cute and comfortable, it was a fun way to add to the memories made.

Tiny House Stay

We enjoyed our one night stay at this Tiny House! Host was very accommodating and answered questions promptly! Location to the stadium was essential as we wanted to park and walk to the Buccaneers vs Bronco game. It was a 20 minute walk to stadium, however not 1 minute as stated in listing, but convenient none the less. Fun experience! Thanks so much!

I am an alumnus of the University Of South Florida. My daughter is currently a freshman there. My son and I made the drive from Fort Myers. All three of us stayed at the property and attended the USF football game on Saturday. My son and I then attended the Buccaneers game on Sunday at Raymond James. PERFECT

Nice day. Small place.

The property is a minimalist's dream. We are bigger people; I'm 6'4" and my wife is 5'8". That said, we knew what we were getting. The description was accurate. I would recommend it for shorter people.The property was clean and the location is great, especially if you're going to a football game at the stadium. It's about a mile away. It's an easy walk. and an easy walk.

Close to Everything

This is a quiet neighborhood and walkable of you don't feel like driving. You have your own private entrance and driveway for parking. The property is very clean and has everything you should need for your stay. We were in town for a couple of concerts, but also did quite a bit of sightseeing. You really are pretty close to everything here. When I had questions, I sent my message through the app and was responded to very quickly.

Cute little tiny house, just what we were looking for. However the listing shows Raymond James Stadium as the location and says it's a 1-minute, 0.1-mile walk. Our vacation included going to the stadium for an event, and in actuality it's one mile away and around a 20-minute walk, so being misled there was pretty frustrating. But other than that the stay was great, easy, straightforward and the apartment was cute and exactly as presented.

Adorable.....

I was in town on business, as I am about every other week. I found out at the last minute that I needed to make alternate plans, and this was the perfect location. Communication with owners was fantastic and the property was amazing. All new finishes and was very clean. My only caution is be aware that this is a tiny house. This means that the stairs to the loft and the loft itself was also tiny. Didn't make muvh difference to me. until the morning.... when I had to negotiate my way downstairs which would be easy had I been 20years younger. Otherwise, the location and neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you needed. I would recommend this place!

Lovely Tiny Home
