Come in to an open floor plan complete with mounted Roku TV and seating area which blend straight into the dining area and full kitchen. The master bedroom/Bedroom 1 is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a king bed and en suite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom and include a queen bed and two tween beds. Centrally located to an array of eateries and activities; most within walking distance. Free parking.

Neighborhood Notice: Just east of downtown in the Quarry Hill neighborhood. This is a mixed income neighborhood undergoing a lot of change, with brand new homes being built right next to existing older ones. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you.

Great location as far as getting to downtown…however neighborhood felt a little mixed. Many run down properties right next to redone great properties. Not a bad place, just didn’t give off super safe vibes either

The property is located in a run down neighborhood. The outside of the property pretty well matches that run down aesthetic. Inside was a completely different experience. Newer model higher end appliances and finishes. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counters. The only negatives about the inside is the faint smell of cigarettes and other smoking aromas that hit you hard when you walk up the stairs in. The living room furniture is decent but filthy. The chairs and sofa are heavily stained. The owner was very communicative and pleasant.
