Located in the middle of the island paradise Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Western Pomeranian Bodden coast lies the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Our apartment is located in Niepars, about 5 km from Stralsund. The apartment was newly built in 2006, is quiet, idyllic and self-contained. You will find a barbecue area with seating area in the garden, a playground and sunbathing area as well as a private car park. Due to the direct connection to the A19 and the A20, you can reach the island of Rügen in 10 minutes, the Darß in 15 minutes and the Hanseatic city of Rostock in 40 minutes.

Holiday:
Our apartment is 36 square meters and has a living room with a sofa bed for the 3rd + 4th Person, a bedroom with a French bed (1.60 m wide), a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and the kitchen are south facing. For children up to 12 years old, an extra child bed can be provided in the bedroom. The bedroom is accessible via a staircase in the living room. The entire lower floor is tiled, the bedroom is carpeted. With us you have next to a relaxing holiday also a very relaxing departure day. You can take your time and travel throughout the day as best for your plans.  On arrival, a deposit of 100.00 euros in cash is payable locally. 

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 15:00.
