We loved staying here. Everything was so nice. The view, the bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were not coin operated. The only thing, we had trouble regulating the water temperature in the shower.

Room seemed fairly clean. The building itself looked run down enough that I thought I’d made a mistake with the address. 2 stars for the view. Not worth the money & host had poor communication. It’s also right on the road so you can hear the waves but also all the traffic.

The apartment was exactly as described! Clean and comfortable, and included all the things we needed for our 5 day Sitka stay. We were grateful for the washer and dryer after days spent hiking and fishing. The highlight was definitely that it was waterfront. We slept to the sounds of the waves and eagles. We saw a sea otter, seal, and several eagles from the window. In the evenings you could watch the eagles hunting for fish in the tide pools. We would gladly stay again!

Great view of the water. Very clean room. Easy acess to highway to downtown. Laundry was very handy. Had trouble with tv. Losing internet and signal some nights while we were there. Overall we would come back again some day. Good price for sitka alaska.!!!

Good location, beautiful views. Only issue was the fragrance from the laundry detergent on the towels and bedding was very strong and seemed to bother my sinuses.
