Welcome to our apartment with whirlpool and lake view!

Start your morning with a view of the lake - this is how you imagine your holidays! The comfortably furnished apartment with 70 sqm is suitable for 4 to 5 people.
Our 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bedrooms and a beautiful lake view is located in a very quiet, prestigious location near the vineyards, above Lake Constance. A parking lot is right on the doorstep.

The apartment has a Mediterranean charm with a large living-dining room overlooking the beautiful Lake Constance. For relaxing in the evening invites the large white leather couch in the living room. There are also 2 bedrooms with large double beds and an exclusive bathroom with Jacuzzi, where you can unwind ...
We also provide an internet connection via W-LAN free of charge.

The center of Überlingen can be reached on foot in ¼ hour. If you do not want to walk, there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity 100 meters from the house. The nearby forest and the beautiful hiking trails through the vineyards with a magnificent view of the whole Überlinger See invite you to walks and excursions.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Mit betreten der Ferienwohnung Seeblick ist uns im Flur ein großer schwarzer Schimmelpilz entgegen gekommen. Für mich als Allergiker sehr schlecht und nicht hinnehmbar. Zudem ließen sich Fenster nicht öffnen, das Licht im Flur ging nicht und die Sauberkeit ließ auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die so toll angepriesene weiße Ledercouch ist durchgesessen und durchgelegen. Dasselbe gilt für die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer. Von Entspannung und Erholung kann für uns dort nach einem langen Tag nicht die Rede sein. Es gibt genau eine Liege für eine Person auf der man es sich gemütlich machen kann. Auch die Tatsache, dass die Eingangstüre der Ferienwohnung mit dem Schlüssel des Nachbarn zu öffnen ist, was dem Vermieter bis dato auch nicht bekannt war, ist doch sehr fragwürdig. Aufgrund all der negativen Dinge können wir die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen. Da kann auch der Ausblick nicht mehr viel gerade bügeln. Erst nach einer erheblichen Preisreduzierung des Vermieters und Entfernung des Schimmels konnte man sich auf einen Verbleib einigen.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht!!!

Wir fanden eine völlig abgewohnte verdreckte Ferienwohnung vor. Der Service war ebenfalls schlecht. Eine Kommunikation mit den Vermietern erwies sich als sehr schwierig. Der Ausblick auf den Bodensee war das einzig Positive an dieser Ferienwohnung.

Erholung Pur

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns. Dieser ist aber super über den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen. Zudem ein toler Startpunkt für Wanderungen mit herlichem Blick auf den See. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und optimal für 2 bis 4 Personen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen
